Second time here. Location wise it was excellent, all you need is a few walking distance away. We like the relaxing space of the level 5 smoking area. Perfect for travelling groups to convene and plan activities to be conducted for the day. The suites are value for money. The staff were very well spoken and mannered. The Spa was surprisingly exceptional, Highly recommended.

Despite checking in late, one of the four rooms was not ready upon arrival. This is however a minor issue.

Convenience

Housekeeping does not always ensure that the list of chores are complete daily for example: Removal of garbage Replacement of toilet paper and tissue paper Replacement of complementary teabags Occurred at least once on each of those mentioned.

Good value for money, clean, comfortable, spacious room

Layout of the toilet door - the toilet door was a sliding door and if I wanted to leave the toilet door opened, it meant that I could not open the wardrobe door at the same time. So it's a hassle having to keep sliding the toilet door shut each time I wanted to open the wardrobe door and vice versa.

Everything was awesome, the rooms are clean and tidy, room service was excellent, the staff was more than friendly. It was a great vacation. The receptionist at the front desk Sylvia was very helpful and charming. The kids enjoyed the pool.

- the room is very big and clean - the view to the city from upper floors and on the "monument" side is very very nice, on the other side is quite bad - the personnel is very helpful and kind - the price was really decent for what you get in exchange - location is quite good, close to national monument - downstairs is a small mall where you can find a really good food court

- the pool is much under expectations, is not a rooftop pool and it doesn't have a great view to the city, you can only see an ugly building in front of it, and it's quite small - the restaurant and hotel bar are very expensive (around 80.000 IDR for a small beer)

The high rise of the building made the view of the windows just glorious. The design of the room was beautiful. The food was delicious.

The restaurant was too expensive.

Breakfast and massages were great. Suite was comfy with a good view and quick access to North Jakarta. Ask for Bella on the massage table my back felt like a new man

Always liked to stay here . Staff are great and accommodating. Much better then most places. Will always be there first choice
