The location was great, it’s an easy walking distance to everything. Good air conditioning in the room. The bed was quite comfortable for me & the room was furnished well. The staff were very friendly & worked hard to keep everything clean & tidy.
The WiFi to the room was good when it worked but it dropped out a lot during my 14 night stay. The hot water for the shower took a very long time to come through & the bathroom floor would get flooded every time you showered because the drainage couldn’t cope with the water flow.

The Hotel is close to the beach an the center of Kuta.
On the third day our room smelled moist.

The place was regularly cleaned by the staffs, and location is reasonable good.
Staffs were not helpfull because they didnot help me taking my luggage when climbing the stairs. Also, there was no fridge in the bedroom. The hotel might need to consider building a lift, considering it has 2 levels.

The staff were fantastic and very eager to help with any requests. The same staff from my previous stay three years ago. The staff are an asset.
I felt that the hotel was looking very tired and lacking in attention to detail when it came to cleaning.
