Simple, clean, comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. Short walk to resources and slightly further to main areas.

Nothing significant. Just noted it was about 20-30 mins walk to the main areas/beach but you can also get cheap transport there which makes it only 5mins, minor note only.

I like everything about this hotel close to city center,,shaping malls and restaurants. The staff were excellent especially Ivanda , Bintang and Yogik they help a lot with so many things.they are the most honest and friendly person I ever met. I stay 15 days in this hotel I really enjoyed my time there. Even though most of the time I forgot to put the cleaning signs on the door when I come back to the hotel at night time my room was clean and tidy the reason Ivanda,Bintang and Yogik always had care about the guest and the hotel Thank you Crystal Kuta hotel and especial thanks to Ivanda ,Bintang and Yogik You guys mad my holiday so especially See guys again and again

I really recommend Crystalkuta. It's not far from the airport, next to the hotel there are two shops with souvenirs. Staff from the hotel was very helpful and kind. They had really wonderful various breakfast! Also you can find different atractions during your stay in hotel - really nice pool, restaurant, karaoke, cooking classes and spa. Some of them are for an additional fee but in my opinion are worth it. Especially I would like to recommend balinese spa and massagist Via. That was wonderful time in spa. Via was very kind and gentle. One of the best massages in my life ☺️ The room and bathroom were clean. One minus in my opinion is bathroom condition - the door really needs replacing, the bathroom needs refreshing. But despite it I rate my stay as successful and worth the price!

It is a very cozy and nice hotel with all facilities. The front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was huge with Indonesian and Western options. Food was also good. Location, though wasn’t in a touristy spot but was very close to department store, doctor, coffee shop and fast food joint. I would like to name Mr Yande at the front desk who was there during check-in process and also during check-out. He was very helpful in check-in and check-out process. He was very friendly and cheerful.

Nothing more to list here because it was bang for the buck. However, to point out may be, - room size were a bit smaller - maybe a soap could have been included in the toiletries. - I felt a couple of restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly and seemed a bit rude. - Their bar and restaurant closes by 10 PM. I feel it can be extended a bit.

Our experience at this hotel in Kuta was fantastic. Everything was just as we hoped—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location, very close to the airport, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The staff was absolutely amazing, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet—there was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day. Whether you prefer local flavors or classic international dishes, there was something for everyone. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast, this is definitely a perfect choice. We would love to stay here again!

The breakfast buffet was probably the best we've had during our time in Indonesia. The pool area was nice, but a bit awkward considering it's right next to the lobby, restaurant/bar, and annoying that they allowed guests to smoke there. It's close to the airport, which is why we chose it (grab/Gojek is far cheaper than the hotels shuttle service). Everything seemed clean and tidy upon check in.

The rooms have zero sound proofing, so you hear every sound coming from the neighboring rooms and hallway (conversations, TV, etc). Apart from a Starbucks, there isn't anything in the area. Even just crossing the street to get to McDonald's was nearly impossible.

I stayed at Crystal Kuta for 21 nights, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was great—they served the eggs just the way I like them. The lunch and dinner options were also quite good! The atmosphere felt very welcoming, and I absolutely loved my stay. Since I was a long-term guest, they offered me a complimentary massage at their spa and a free drink at the bar upon check-in. The service felt like that of a five-star hotel. I’m definitely coming back and will recommend Crystal Kuta to family and friends.

If I could make one suggestion, I had hoped to book another stay for December in person, which is just three months away. However, the reception informed me that I would have to wait until December to do so, which defeats the purpose of securing a better deal by booking in advance. I’ll just use booking.com again instead.

The Hotel is located very close proximity to the Airport. The famous Krishna Ola Ola is infront of the Hotel. The breakfast was average, eating the same menu for 7 days. There is no cupboard & only a bar to hang your cloths. They clean the room everyday. Hotel is clean. Pool is also good.

The Hotel it is located at the most busiest road. You cannot even cross the road to go to the famous Krishna Ola Ola. There is not pedestrian crossing on the whole road. The closest eating places are behind the hotel road. Some small eateries are there, but not that good. Rooms are very small and NO balcony at all. As everyone has mentioned, WIFI is extremely bad. I even messaged them before my arrival about the WIFI, but nothing improved. If you eat / coffee at the restaurant, you need to pay. They don't bill to your room. Don''t get too disappointed, as we paid less, and we got this. So no complains, please!

Friendly and helpful staff: The hotel staff was always polite, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests or questions. Decent breakfast: The breakfast provided is simple yet satisfying, covering basic needs and offering a good start to the day. Good restaurant with reasonable prices: The on-site restaurant offers tasty meals at reasonable prices, making it a convenient option for dining without leaving the hotel. Impressive cleanliness: We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. There were no issues with insects in the rooms or common areas, which is a notable plus, especially for Bali, where we've encountered insect-related problems at other accommodations.

Weak internet connection: The Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, which could be frustrating, especially for guests who need a stable connection for work or other online activities. Communication issues: We experienced a couple of miscommunications between the reception and housekeeping, leading to us not getting fresh towels on two occasions and, on one day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. These lapses were a bit disappointing. Poor soundproofing: The soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and we could hear noise from adjacent rooms as well as traffic noise from the main road. This made the overall atmosphere less peaceful than we would have liked.
