The room was spacious, really loved the outdoor area where the plunge pool is. The whole hotel have a relaxing vibe. There are lots of Indonesian Food Restaurants nearby, and its really nearby the airport, but hardly hear any airplane noises.

It took them long to prepare the room despite the check-in time is 2pm. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, the toilet floor was dusty and the shower for the bathtub doesnt have a heater, only the outdoor shower has it. The ac didnt work so well, they tried to fix it but it wasnt fixed. It was our last night in Bali and didnt want to switch rooms to get better ac. Also, The area of the hotel looks a bit sketchy, however we took a walk at night and we got back safe and sound.

I booked the queen superior bed but I got free upgraded to villa type without paying more money! So, it was a good deal! The AC worked well. The room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathtub was big! When I arrived, the staff gave me small snacks. The WiFi was pretty good. I can uploaded and watched youtube video without much buffering. The hotel location is very good, it is near with the airport, Kuta beach, restaurant, and many attractions place! The parking area were adequate for motors and cars.

I stayed at the deluxe king room. It was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned. The bathtub was big! The hot & cold water worked properly. The staff were kind and helpful. The WiFi was pretty good. Closest to airport around 5-10mins depends on the traffic.the room quite nice, got so many mirror easy for me to makeup.but I didn’t expect the toilet is outside and it’s open toilet!! first experienced for me.very romantic.i loved it so much!! And they give us a welcome dessert witn a warmest wishes!!

Staff was helpful. Room had hot and cold water.. Little less vegetarian options, but the cook prepared a veg dish on request.

Private pool was not clean. There was leakage in bathroom, and it was always wet. AC was noisy. The room had no fan if you want to switch off the AC

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, were very delightful and eager to help, thank you very much! The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast also is so delicious. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

The breakfast is outstanding. Pools are maintained cleanly and staffs are very responsive

They charge hell lot of money for water bottles. The location is not really apt for the travellers as there are not many places to visit near by.

we had a free upgrade upon arrival with an extremely comfortable bed and spacious outside bathroom. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with airport taxis etc. the pool area was well kept and refreshing. very close to the airport.

not many nice restaurants in the area

it’s a gem close to the airport. If you have an early flight or late arriving, that’s your spot! super chill, comfie, great staff and has all you need

a lot of mosquito in the room, Im sugest before the guest come shoul sprying with insect spray
