The staff were friendly and also ready to help, the hotel was a good location with a motorbike, a food court right opposite and some stores walking distance from it. We used their gym and pool daily, the breakfast was nice and we liked the buffet style breakfast although they didn’t change the food variety that much, probably every other day.

The parking for the motorbikes downstairs smelled funny but was bearable. The sink did drain but took some time to drain completely and ants somehow managed to get into the bathroom but none of these things were really a big deal for us.

- Varied breakfast and nice fruits. - Nice room with good fridge. - Table and chair allows you to comfortably work there. WiFi speed is ok and stable enough to work. - Underground parking for scooter - Staff is amazing - Location is good enough. There is McD 3 mins from the Hotel, Ikea and nice beach to surf 8 mins by scooter.

- Smell and cleanliness in the underground parking. - The room needs a little bit of refreshment (Some sockets are hardly working for example) - There is no laundry available the time we lived there

The staff are all so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really good; you can order your eggs and pancakes the way you like and there is also a great buffet, I really loved the Mie goreng (fried noodles). The swimming pool area is really nice. They let us keep the luggage at the hotel for free while we went to Gili Air for a few days so we could just take light luggage with us, which was so nice of them. The staff is always willing to help and assist you.

You can’t buy any drinks at the hotel to have at the pool etc (but just across the street is a food market and very close by there is Papaya the store).

All things are good except that bathroom floor mainly shower area is really slippery and they did not provide any slippers. Another thing is their router blinking strong blue when all of the lights are switched off in room during night. It was disturbing.

Long story short - everything. The room is very spacious, AC is even too good that it becomes cold sometimes, but you can change the temperature so it's OK, balcony is good, missing chair but no big deal, bed is comfy, toilet was very clean, no bad smells (a huge plus for that), wall table for laptop, big mirror, hair dryer etc. Staff is very kind and friendly, always there to help. Breakfast is delicious, but not much choice so after long time it gets a bit boring (we booked initially for 7 days, yet we stayed a month). WIFI coverage is great, from room, pool, to restaurant and lobby, the connection is good. Although, it's slow (2 Mbps). If I go back to Kuta, I will come again here for sure. Bonus: you got squirrels on the wall above pool and they are super cute.

WIFI speed (2 Mbps), although the connection is good everywhere. No big trash can and ashtray in the pool area. 20 minutes walk to beach, but hey, not that bad.

please variety the breakfast menu it keep repeating every day and may open order for the cafeteria up to 10pm

Rooms,breakfast,staff all very good .Infact lovely variety in breakfast.Worth the money.Room cleaning on time,assistance for cab,scooter renting .Nice reception staff and manager too .A very good place to stay .

Some smell in bathroom /water which is the case with most hotels in Bali I think.Though this isn't a big problem.It is manageable.

It’s a good cheap hotel 1.8k from Paddy’s nightclub I got a round in a Grab extremely cheap .. Nice pool I was the only foreigner there it’s a Indonesian hotel so breakfast was ordinary but did have a egg station…

Nothing bad ( reception staff were nice might need some more training ) Maybe coz I was a foreigner…

It's a big room and quite comfortable bed. Bfast needs more variety. Staff are friendly and they have 24h receptionist. Location was good also.

Hot water didnt work properly, the room was not soundproof. I can hear people dragging their luggage, talking and slamming the door. It's kinda annoying tho. Gym was small but it's ok if u just wanna have light work out. Swimming pool filter was off during my stay and nobody swam.

It was quite near the airport in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

The breakfast was quite repetitive. Main food was Indonesian which was nice but not everyone would like having rice and noodles for breakfast 😊
