Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room layout facilities are nice (we took a 2-bedroom family apartment, with kitchen included yay!). Family-friendly place, nice park and pool. Recommended place if you're looking for a place for family holiday, close to the beach and Kuta shopping area.

Location: quite a distance from the main roads, and the lanes leading to the place are very narrow, quite difficult for cars. Because it just reopened, not all facilities are ready yet (such as lift/elevator). Since the place just reopened (been less than 3 months), hopefully things will get better.

Nice big spacious rooms

spacious and good value, quiet. Plenty of storage. Close to Poppies lane shopping and places to eat. Salon across street very good value for massage manicure/pedicure etc.24 hour shop for cold drinks etc.

Lift to our room not working or likely to be working in the near future. Drivers had difficulty finding property as google maps directed to inaccessible point about a km away. No pool bar or cocktails. not enough coat hangers .Initially communication difficult with some staff.

Roomy 2 bedroom appartement excellent for family. Clean, spacious, cool by airco and fan combination, balcony, swimming pools and quiet although close to beach/ entertainment area. Also convenient and close is a 24h mini market.

The property is partly still under construction. For where we were it was not a big deal. But all in all still needs some work ti be done.

As it has re-opened in December, it’s still getting going again so to speak so was very quiet, but we loved that. The staff were exceptional and super polite and hospitable!

Only downside for us if I’m to be picky, we enjoy cooking at home as well as eat out, we didn’t have much at all to cook with so we’re very limited.

Small road leading into the reception makes it difficult for taxi,tour bus or food delivery to meet you at entrance of Kuta Townhouse.

Moderate rooms, comfy stay. Good buffet breakfast. Everyday staff cleaned the rooms without any special request. Walkable to kuta beach and street markets.

The roads to the hotel is very narrow. Only skilled drivers can drive in that road.

The location, the service, and the cleanliness.

Nothing other than "please give the right/clear direction to show our room, as our room was separate from the main building of the hotel. It would be more appreciated". Thank you

Quiet place near good restaurants and beach.Good breakfast and nice pool and comfortable room ,great bed with good quality sheets ,helpful staff too.Will certainly stay again.

Rather hard for a taxi to find but actually just a short walk from Legion Rd .

All staff are so friendly and kind. The room is very big enough for three people.

The road a front of the hotel is very narrow. When I order the taxi, the driver was struggling.
