Excellent location. Lovely pool, although could do with more shade for the loungers. Breakfast ok. Water bottles in the room would be a bonus. Rooms and grounds very clean. Great aircon in the room. Considering the location, a very quiet place. Great value for money.

No shower curtain. No blackout curtain or blind at the window so very bright in the morning. Bedside tables and lights very shabby.

location Poppies Lane 1 is great. short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Also has mini marts and spa's nearby.

unfortunately at time of writing (Nov '24) there is a giant sized hotel being built directly opposite. They work 24hr a day. Word on the street was, they will be working there for 3 more years. Lots of digging and big noise coming from there. Fat Yogi ground rooms were a bit quieter than the upstairs rooms.

Such a lovely place! I stayed at 7 different resorts during my Bali visit and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that have gone into the simple design of these rooms. The beds are huge and comfy with nice bedding, there are plug sockets and mirrors where you need them and lots of surface space to unpack and sort your belongings. The bathroom had toiletries, a walk in shower and fluffy clean towels. The rooms come equipped with large mugs, a kettle and a small fridge and tv. Outside is lovely, the garden are pool area are well maintained and there are privacy screens between balconies. Staff are super friendly.

Nothing - the resort is great. But, give yourself lots of time to get to the airport if you’re getting a taxi - the location means you get caught in all the crazy one way traffic around this area.

Location and price with breakfast was good compared with others hotels around.Swimming pool was clean and big.Room was clean,look new renovated.Beds were comfortable.The hotel buildings look like builded in 70s like others on Poppie lane 1 but most of rooms are almost complete for renovation but still quiet.Many restaurants and bars nearby.5-6 mins walk to Kuta beach.

Toilet bowl need to flush 2-3 time.The hotel garden and exterior building look old but they're still fixing slowly.

If you like peace and quiet then this is the place for you. I read reviews that said that older people stay here and that really appealed to me and that's exactly how it was.

The rooms could do with being refreshed. There was some building works in progress so I guess improvements are happening. I was too laid back and lazy to check for myself.

The location is great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great and friendly. The pool was clean and beautiful. The rooms and supplies are older and outdated. But when you book a place this old and such low stars you get what you pay for. It was safe and clean, we have been staying here for years and never had any problems.

Good location, pool was really great and nice staff. Beds were confortable. They were kind enough to let us stay until our cab came to pick us up to the airport. Good quality/price for Kuta.

We were 3 and we had to book two rooms even though there was a double bed and a single bed in both of our rooms. Rooms/bathrooms are a little old. Wifi is not working in each rooms.

I love the friendly ness, breakfast is great, rooms are awesome. All you really need.

Sometimes it can get a little dirty and the wifi is a bit slow. But remember your in bali! Live it up

We absolutely love the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is a nice size and is very comfortable. Tv has plenty of channels, especially the movie channls. I really recommend this hotel an we will be back. The location is good, easy to walk to the beach and many restaurants.

We would like the pool hours to extend from earlier than 9am. Everything else was great.

the location was great, many restaurants and souvenirs shops, just 5mnts walk reached the beach. the staffs were so kind..

we are family of 4, with 2kids under 12. it doesn’t have family rooms, so we needed to book 2 rooms. and it doesn’t have rooms with connected door. just for suggestions, if no family rooms at least there are some rooms with interconnected door.
