Great location for late international arrival and domestic departure the next morning. Room was fine for overnighting. Luggage trolley can fit in the room. Good breakfast is worth including.

Tip - we found a YouTube video showing how to get to the Novotel from international arrivals. It’a about a 5/6 minute walk. Allow 10/12 minutes to get from Novotel to Domestic Terminal.

Perfect hotel for late flights into Bali, before heading next morning fresh to start your trip on island exploring. Grounds were clean and friendly staff. The Runway Bar at the rooftop is a good spot to watch planes, a couple of beers and a few rounds of pool. Breakfast was as good spread, with decent flavours.

what we want was a hotel in the airport. and this is exactly what we got. little walk but really not far (we did it easy with a 3yr old).

Clearly we stayed at the Novotel for its location. We had a flight in the middle of the night and travelling with a baby, we figured it would be the best option. That way we could start our night and then head to the international terminal within minutes. That being said, our rooms was nice, bed comfrotable. Everything you might need is there. We even got to try the pool whiwh provided us with a last minute swim before the end of our vacation.

The smell in our room (humidity maybe?). The restaurant: we had dinner there and the food was not good (processed food with no taste).

Never disappoints - excellent place to stay for layovers or longer, if budget permits, with direct access to international check-in. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and other facilities are easily accessed. The food in the restaurant or room service is of a high standard.

At times, not always, the check in process is slow due to lack of staff at check in. After a long flight, then getting through customs, this can be quite irritating but the helpful staff and quality rooms make up for the delay. The spa books out quickly, the ability for in room massage would be nice. Quite a distance to the beach and taxis are not available at the hotel (you have to go to domestic terminal for taxi or use the hotel transport which is quite expensive

Room had everything we required to have a short rest before flying home to Australia.

We didn't know there was a day rate. We booked a night but only stayed till 9.30 pm before checking out for our flight. We booked online and there was no mention of a day rate. We sent emails to ask if there was but got no response (maybe email didn't work). We wanted a room as we had an 8-hour layover at the airport before flying home. We enquired at check in if we could get the day rate but were informed that it was too late to cancel the booking and change it to day rate. We paid the full rate but were only there a few hours. Next time we will know differently.

We really enjoyed the breakfast which was a buffet. There were plenty of food and drink options to choose from. The room was very lovely and exactly what we expected from the photos. The airport was very busy when we arrived, but everything within the airport was very easy to access.

The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the entrance to the hotel from the airport. We followed the map provided to us, which took us to an under car park area and then to a very quiet area away from the airport before we arrived at what looked like a security area and then an elevator that took us to the hotel reception area. Better signs of where to go or if this is the correct way to find the hotel from the airport would be good.

I booked 2 rooms. Suite and superior. I sent messages that I need to host 6 persons. They approved it. After checking in and long way to our room with bags we founded that there are only 4 sleeping places. We called the reception to ask additional beds. They answered that I shoukd come and pay first. After 2 flights, 15 hours in total, after booking suite and superior, they are telling me to come and pay first. It was impossible to sleep, so I did all they asked. Was it hard to prepare it befor our comming? I am agree with fee, but why do them fotce me to soend time, to come and pay first? I thing it was necessary to call them before and sokve it by call. I think they skip messages or did not pay any attention to them.

Great breakfast. Modern room. Modern facilities. Easy check-in. There were lots of amenities in the room. 24 hr bar. The garden.

The carpet in my room had many suspicious stains on them. We got lost multiple times in the middle of the night. I think the hotel should put up signs around the arrivals at the airport to help with getting to the hotel. We arrived after midnight, the airport looked very creepy with very few lights and no CCTV. We didn't feel safe and weren't sure where were we going. A few signs around arrivals would be very helpful for guests arriving very late.

I liked the room very much - the bed was very comfortable - and I appreciated the fact that there was a SPA inside the hotel where I had an excellent massage. The pool is nice to get your body moving again after a very long flight. Also the location is great especially for travellers on transit at Bali airport who have to spend one night before catching their connecting flight. It is 3 minutes walking distance to the international terminal.

The quality of the (included) breakfast was very mediocre. Despite the big variety of food options, nothing really tasted particularly good.
