The staff in general were courteous and very helpful and were a reasonable request was made they were willing to oblige. The room cleaning staff were great and willing to help were possible . I would like to thank reception staff for a wonderful experience .I would certainly recommend this establishment to others good facilities and wonderful people are part of a good recipe for an enjoyable stay . the restaurant staff were equally great and always willing to assist. One particular front line person I would like to thank she has a great smile and a wonderful personality the team needs more people like you BEST WISHES and GOOD LUCK

Initially there was some issues with the WiFi in the room but that was rectified to a large degree but not totally maybe it was the location of the room or the WiFi infrastructure in general.

We liked the location, tucked away from the crazily busy roads of Legian, this peaceful property is like an oasis. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the bright and bubbly Wayan at reception who has the incredible knack of remembering everyone’s name - very skilful. The pool is wonderful for swimming, it must be 50m! The rooms large and comfortable. The upper room that we had afforded privacy but from its balcony there is a view over the pool area. The lower rooms open directly onto the pool and we saw that there were private villa-like rooms with a plunge pool. We particularly enjoy the breakfast at Jackfruit with its delicious fare, excellent coffee and great music. The restaurant Fat Chow is also very good and where we have eaten on several occasions.

As with so many hotels, sometimes the eye for detail is lacking where the cleaning is concerned - backs of doors, under beds and behind sofas etc. but overall the Lagoon is a pretty clean property. The shower water pressure does need attention.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, there is a great breakfast cafe called Jackfruit and a lovely restaurant called Fat Chow, both are just outside reception. Aircon was good and the bed was comfy.

The room was dated and smelt really musty until we aired it out, ran the water etc, this lasted a few days. The sheets look old and need replacing and the TV always had errors, the only channel that worked was ABC Australia. We asked for this to be looked at a couple of times but they did not/could not fix it. Its a shame because the hotel has good bones and could be great but needs some renovations/love.

Everything was great . The swim out rooms are definitely worth the extra money. Breakfast at Jack Fruit onsite was superb and with a good variety . What we loved most of all was the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Nothing was to much drama . To Wayan and Ari at swim up pool bar and Tini on the front desk we cant thank you enough for your warm hospitality. We look forward to coming back and catching up with you again .

If i had to be negative about something i would say the beds were a bit hard for my liking and the shower could use a little updating .

The staff was exceptional! They catered to my every need no matter what. The little restaurant right outside the entrance Jackfruit has the best sourdough bread in all of Bali. I am a baker & make my own sourdough bread. Thought my bread was pretty good but their's is King!

Small hotel, quite personal. Staff were amazing, so friendly and cheerful. The location was fantastic. The Yes Spa is located directly across the road with fantastic prices, gorgeous staff and beautiful premises. Also, a legitimate money exchange next door to the spa. The hotel had a great vibe to it. Not too busy as it's small, but comfortable, extremely clean and definitely value for money. Fat Chow's located at front of hotel was an absolute bonus but there are plenty of great restaurant's and a lot of shopping. Also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will be back.

Our shower didn't have much water pressure. This is all we could pick on.

The staff were amazing and could do enough to make our stay super relaxing and fun. The location was perfect for me -set back from the main road ... lovely and quiet. The hotel is beautifully complimented by the Jack Fruit Cafe and a restaurant. On a couple of days the hotel enclave was all I needed. The room was simple but more than adequate. Tip ...book either a private villa or a swim out room. There is a second level.but honestly swimming out in the heat of the late night was so lovely...notvto be missed.

As I mentioned to the senior receptionist... bring a power board so you have enough access ports for your chargers. The electricians were a little short on the 'need to charge devices' when the place was built! It's not that I didn't like it but as an observation - with any tropical setting paintwork doesn't last long and constantly need working on.

Great, clean rooms. Modern and very clean bathrooms with good shower, hot water, decent pressure and glass screens. Good aircon. Very clean resort, staff always cleaning. Pool area lovely with nice small swim-up bar. Excellent location. Is off a lane way so no noise at night. Fat Chow restaurant on site is excellent and very well priced plus they do takeaway. Good on site coffee shop and breakfast cafe! Brilliant, would definitely stay again.

No room service but didn't make a difference to our stay.

It is always a pleasure staying at this hotel, the staff are wonderful. I love the Pool Access rooms for ease of access to your room and the pool. I have also stayed in the private villas which a fantastic if you want more privacy. Breakfast was great too.

Probably the only thing I would suggest, would be they add more variety to the menu and include some more basic items.
