fairly typical Balinese hotel. Two good size pools, one with a swim up bar, the other had a bar alongside. Great location in the heart of Legian withe any number of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

As a 70 yr old I found the rooftop pool very difficult to get in and out of. there was only one ladder, the rungs were very smooth, round metal, no flattened tread to make it easier to bear my weight as I tried to climb out. The rungs were also 50-60cm apart which made it almost impossible for me to haul myself out without help. After several failed attempts I made one last attempt before calling for help and that time I managed it!

Everything. Value for money is incredible. The hotel is very central, in a safe area that was safe for a young girl to walk around alone at night time. Both the hotel staff and the locals were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centres, international and local restaurants, and bars all within a 5-15 minutes walk, and the local Uber-like company, Grab, is very cheap for scooter rides, car rides, and food or grocery delivery. the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are mini-marts both across the road from the hotel and one in the lobby of the hotel. There are two great pools, one more tranquil on the rooftop, as well as a hotel spa and restaurant. The rooms are very spacious, with large balconies, overlooking a garden with local trees and the main pool. There was a minibar, which supplied two free bottles of water, coffee, and tea each day, and daily housekeeping was available. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay at this hotel next time I visit Bali, and recommend it to anyone else visiting. The staff are friendly & willing to accommodate your needs. Good value for money hotel whilst the rooms are a little outdated so not perfect, but it was clean, a good size with a balcony & had everything we needed. The location was great. There was a ground pool in the shade & a rooftop pool in the sun with lounge chairs & a basic pool bar @ the ground pool. There is also a bar by the rooftop pool but currently not open & breakfast when included is a choice of a plate of fruit & a main (Indonesian food or banana pancake or aussie breakfast or eggs Benedict, etc) and juice & tea or coffee self serve. We stayed 2 weeks.

The lack of lighting in the room but this is common in Asian hotels I think

My usual stay when in Bali. Great price and location. Comfy beds, good aircons, 2 pools 1 with swimup bar. Restaurant.with good well price food.😊

Could do with some extra lounge chairs around the pools and some sun umbrellas at the rooftop pool

They gave a free upgrade, to a ground floor level, very customer friendly people, breakfast was good, with a good selection, buffet style. In house menu was also good with western food. Overall good place to stay.

The way the housekeeping manage their aircon, and also the cleaning up of the room. I saw the house keep spray detergent and smear the toilet water into the living room and clean without proper and separate clean water to mop the floor. Housekeeping staff were ok, and friendly but i felt they should have better training on cleanliness.

Everything was nice, i will definitely come back, surprisingly the room is so huge than i expected, the bathroom so spacious, staff was very helpful, i didnt go the the pool though, but next time, i loved the location at the center of Legian, so close to Legian Beach as well.

everything was good, except 1 thing, there was feces, scattered almost 4 rooms long ( 12 meters ) around in the hall in front of my room, first i thought it was dog feces, my next door guest try to cleaning it her self, and turns out it was hers, she said got food poisoning and the smell and the thing, the way it scattered all over the place was overwhelmingly stomach turning, this is my first experience, i ask her if she need housekeeping, she said she can handle it, i close my door and spray my parfume around LOL

Room was on the small size but nicely done up. The pool was lovely but up on the roof top they could do with doing that up a bit. Some potted plants and shade would greatly improve this space.

Excellent breakfast buffet, changed every day. Room was good size, with balcony over looking pool. We were on level 3. Aircon quiet, and worked well. Fridge great, and free bottled water every day in room. The prices for the relaxing massages, facials, pedicure etc were better than in the street.. and it was lovely. Plenty of pool towels. All staff lovely, and they organised a driver back to airport for $15.

Room could have had better lighting as it was dark to read at evening.Bathroom was tired, in need of a good scrub and paint, but still in working order. (But hey it's not a 5 star resort.). Rooftop pool is a great area, however no shade, needs greenery, and tables with umbrella. Bar and music and pool table good up there but not utilised as much. I would have used it if more inviting.

I stayed for 16 nights and used as a base to explore. Nice big room ,peace and quiet on the top floor, great balcony and the choice of two pools, use the roof if you want sun, downstairs pool more shade. Very hot and powerful shower. Room peaceful and cleaned daily. Ideal to walk to Kuta beach or up to Padma area. I didn't hire a bike as none left but good value at 60,000 per day. Good choice of Indo and Western breakfast served until 10.30am. And brilliantly a shop in the lobby a mini circle k / seven 11. Sold food,drink,toiletries and basic medicines,so handy. I would especially like to say suksma to Sitra, Adi and Lia for being helpful and welcoming at reception during my stay. Suksma /Terimah Kasi. Alex from England.
