Room decent size. Close to beach and in the back so no noise from road

The beds very soft and the pool seemed like dirty water… it was hot but that they can’t do much about in the sun but my skin started to itch immediately. Kuta is something else, to busy for me. And the people selling on the street just won’t leave you alone.

outstanding staff, little shallow swimming pool for children next to the actual pool, yulia’s kitchen is (imo) the best restaurant in the area, incredibly friendly staff there, as well. 200 m to Kuta Beach. free water bottles every day, clean and modern bathroom and shower. tip: when you arrive at the airport, walk past the airport taxis, cross the street and get a cab via grab app - 1/10th of the price. It‘s just a 10 min. drive, don’t pay 180k, you can get a ride for 20k, even cheaper on a scooter.

it‘s quite a hassle to leave the hotel since you will immediately be approached by the street vendors, they will literally drag you into their stores, very annoying, but that’s of course not at all the hotel‘s fault so there’s nothing to complain here :)

Very nice place to stay. The location is within a few minutes walk from the beach and 15 min walking distance from the Beach Walk shopping centre. There are many cafes around and an ice cream shop right in front of the hotel. Also, try the food in the hotel cafe, it is super good. The staff is very nice and polite. Room cleaning is done each day and performed well. Our room was very clean, tastefully designed and with lots of space. There were no bad smells. The hotel territory is well maintained and the pool is nice and clean and it is pleasant to swim in. No ants at room, what is extremely rare at Bali. Overall we recommend this place, very good value for the money.

At room minus is that the walls are paper thin and rooms are very vocal, so you can hear each sound that your neighbours are making, but during the night it was very quiet, so we did not feel disturbed by it. For those, who need to work, the wi-fi speed will be a challenge.

Hello, We stayed at Yulia Beach Inn Hotel in February 2025 with 10 rooms with 18 people, and we stayed again this week of March with 11 rooms with 18 people. I can write the reasons in below, why we have chosen this hotel for two years. 1. In the region most preferred by tourists, 2. Service approach in the quality of a four-star hotel, 3. Cleanliness and having all kinds of comfort. 4. Laundry and ironing service, 5. Infinite variety for breakfast, 6. Variety and cheap prices of food and drinks sold in the hotel bar. 7. Helpfulness and smiling faces of all staff, especially Şirin, Dia, Wayan and Sanie 8. In the center of Fish, fruit and vegetable market, pharmacy, currency exchange, massage saloon, restaurants and shopping mall, 9. Kuta beach and Veachwalk Shopping Center is ten minutes walking distance... What else could you ask for? These are the common thoughts of every guest in our group. Thank you Mr. Jimmy..

The staff is really amazing. Very helpfull and friendly in every way. We could not only check out a bit later as we were struggling with organizing our luggage, but also, as our flight was later than we checked out, we could use the pool the rest of the day and even get towels. What was brilliant was that the hotel is very well located in Kuta and close to the airport and we stayed there the first and the last night in Bali and could leave excessive luggage in their storage for the time in between. The beds and rooms are great. The pool and garden charming with nice sun beds.

It’s at a very good location in the city, so just a garden view.. Pillows too high and too hard like everywhere in Indonesia..

Nice Hotel. Very close to the Kuta Beach just 5 mins walk. Yulia Beach Inn is close to various eatery including Mc and KFC and Warungs . There were restaurant in and around with Indian, Italian, Mexican and of course Local cuisines. Hotel is on busy street easy access to various Spa and Forex. Room we stayed was very spacious and room cleaned and replenished with water bottle daily. Our package came with daily free breakfast. Breakfast was Sumptuous and delicious. There were 5-6 different options of fixed breakfast which you could choose from. Hotel staff were very courteous and polite.

Nothing I can think off

The location was perfect for our needs, just where we wanted to be after 4 long years away from beautiful Bali! The room we booked was a really good size, and we loved having the balcony for early morning tea and late night drinks! Housekeeping was prompt, and we had no issues with security. The property presented really nicely, it was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were very obliging nothing was too much trouble! They were polite, friendly and very helpful. We had a downpour one morning, and one of the housekeeping staff went and got us umbrellas from the front office to use for the duration of our stay! That was a very thoughtful touch! We loved it so much, we booked again for next year!!!

We noticed that the shower in our room wasn’t draining properly. we mentioned it to the reception staff, and it was fixed that day. This happened a couple of times during our 10 night stay. It was noted though, that while we were there, drainage works were being completed at the property, so this may improve this issue for future guests. The included breakfast options could have been improved, however, we were able to add on items like bacon to the Scramble Bowl, at a small cost. The tv in the room only showed Indonesian channels, but we were not in Bali to watch tv!!!

Great location - on a main road but very quiet and private. Yulia's Kitchen (restaurant on premises) was superb! Ate there every morning plus a few lunches & dinners. Pool clean & well maintained, room clean & well maintained also. Nice seating areas around the pool. Good air con, super comfy beds & pillows. Lovely staff, nice gardens, ample parking.

Back for a 10-night stay at one of our favourite locations in Bali. Friendly welcome and great service throughout our stay. It's still our little oasis away from the bedlam of the traffic and shop/stall holders in Kuta. My wife enjoyed the relative privacy of the pool with most other guests enjoying the attractions during the day. I headed to mt favourite spa for some pampering. 3* rated hotel but much better than 3*. Looking forward to our next vacation.

Really enjoyed returning to Yulia Beach Inn and the familiar welcoming personnel from our previous visits. Allocated Room 826, hygienic, bright, comfortable bed and adequate facilities for our eleven-night stay. Lovely gardens with varieties of tropical vegetation and flora, inviting pool with crystal clear water, Lovely staff throughout, no task too menial for their attention. We are already looking forward to our next visit, the solitude and peaceful complex and then head up the laneway to the bustle of Kuta and other areas

Having to go home after 11 days.
