Location - it is on beach front - which is great. Water sports offered close by. Also near Lagoi Bay Lake - which is a lovely lake which we walked around but very hot any time of day. Room was perfectly kept. Pool could do with some maintenance and was always warm...maybe a little too warm. Restaurant was very slow - took an hour to get our evening meal - which is way too long. Did offer a fruit platter after complaining. Air con was great in room. Staff were so friendly and went over backwards to ensure everything was OK...which it was. Near Lagoi Plaza - which is almost a ghost town. There is really on the Yeah Mart (which has basic stocks), the Warung Yeah cafe - which is cheap and great food, Mama B coffee (best coffee ever and fruit tarts) and a gelato shop. One seafood restaurant and few food stalls which appear only to open on weekend. So basically nothing to do other than organise a tour or chill out. Breakfast had a great range - asian and western foods.

Pool was overly warm

The service is exceptional. Siska made us feel so at home and remembered our group and room number every morning at breakfast, which was so welcoming and warm. Rio from housekeeping was so friendly and pleasant and folded some super cute towel animals for the kids. The building is beautiful, very new and luxe looking. Lovely decorative touches everywhere. Also an abundance of plants and flowers. A real treat for the eyes. The pools were shallow, so be prepared for more of a casual wading experience - perfect for my kids! A short walk from Warung Yeah - an alternative to hotel food 3 meals a day. An easy drive from the ferry terminal with complimentary drop off and pick up. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Easy drop off and pickup for other activities on the island - no taxi monopoly, Central location The spa was lovely as well

The breakfast buffet was an awesome spread but some of the items tasted a little stale. Would be great to have buffet options for lunch/dinner or some kind of dining credits system. The kids club was unmanned most of the time though I think this will change as the hotel continues to open up. No shade for the pool loungers Consider adding a hammock or swing by the beach for a better experience? No seats or loungers by the beach

The hotel provided a pick up and drop off service to the ferry terminal. Arriving at the hotel, we had a welcome dance from the staff and healthy welcome drink (Ginger sweet Tea). Special shout out to Dika and Siska from Rempah Kitchen. They were very attentive and courteous to all our needs during our stay. Stunning beach with a great view of the sunset. It was very calming and relaxing. Good for family stay and definitely recommend for those who just want to be away from the city and relax. We stayed at the Cabana room and we had a great view of the beach. I would like to thank Guest Relation officers Jessica and Dian for the complimentary birthday slice cake. Both ladies were very polite and friendly and gave my 2 kids a handmade bracelet as a remembrance. From the front desk, housekeeping and F&B, the team were very friendly and committed to provide a seamless and memorable experience. We will definitely come back again.

the hotel is relatively new, the beach is nice for kids to play around.

nearby beach is NOT safe. when I tried to walk along the nice beach, there were about 10 wild dogs rushed out from the jungle and tried to attack me. Luckily I have experience to deal with this situation. It will be a serious case if a woman or kids are under such situation. hotel management need to take care the hotels and also need to take note of surrounding areas. Proper sign board need to be there to give warning to the guests.

We had a fabulous stay. Location was perfect, the staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Overall the hotel was perfect for a quick restful getaway.

The breakfast buffet lacked healthy food options. Not enough choices of fruits or crudites and no other light/healthy options like yogurt, muesli or some kind of light bread spread. There wasn't enough shade around the pool (no parasol/umbrella available and no areas otherwise protected from the sun) which meant that we couldn't enjoy the pools and surrounding areas from late morning to late afternoon as the sun is quite strong.

New, modern, hotel (2024). Superb location right next to Lagoi beach. 3 large pools and a beach club at the back with access into Lagoi beach. Good room with sufficient towels and accessories for the beach. Lagoi Plaza (which was largely deserted) is 250 meter walk. But there are two good local eateries on the way.

The hotel itself is beautiful - just like the photos, staff are so kind and accomodating. Every staff member we came into contact with was lovely and so welcoming. Resort is really clean. It was our first time in Bintan and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and we felt comfortable. The traditional restaurant downstairs is really good! The buffet was probably the best hotel buffet we have had, especially in S.E.A. I would recommend eating down there as opposed to the western style dining. The Malay Kofta was my favourite dish out of everything I had in Indonesia. Really appreciate you guys making our stay so great! If we are ever in Bintan again we will be back :)

The variety of the breakfast was great. From western to local Indonesian options, Chinese cuisine, with egg station and freshly brewed coffee. Restaurant had baby chair and children dining ware. Staff were most of attentive and friendly. Quick housekeeping for our room with decor. They have a kids club and activities they asked their staff to conduct even if there was only 1-2 participants. Nice of them. Staff were proactive and helpful. They actively clean the beach of washed up waste. Plenty of crabs and shells at the beach for little kids to explore. Nice massage at their in-house spa. Shallow pool for kids. Tasty food at their Rempah Kitchen restaurant.

Ordering food for lunch and dinner can take sometime to serve. We had to rush for our shuttle to get our ferry, and had to wait over 15 mins for two servings of club sandwich for takeout. Food, massage and taxi services through the hotel had an Everything had a 21% govt and service tax. Would be cheaper to engage your own taxi services, and eat at Plaza Lagoi restaurant just a short walk away. Could have more shade and umbrellas around pool area. Other tourist moved ours away to cover themselves while we stepped away from our belongings on the chairs. Western food at their bar, particularly the pizza could be improved. Tasted like frozen pizza base I can bake at home.

New hotel just opened in Feb 2024. The room is comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. Restaurant is spacious, service excellent, buffet variety is tasty and good. Pool design is nicely designed. And also you can lounge in outdoor bar after a swim. Very relaxing. Short walk to beach which is tranquil and quiet. Check in and out fuss free. Definitely come back!

There is nothing to dislike, other than not much shopping except a souvenir shop, 1 convenience shop, 1 ice cream parlour/cafe and 1 spa in Plaza Lagoi (within 5 min walking distance).

The staff were all amazing. Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

Nothing that I would consider an issue - the hotel is still in soft launch phase ahead of the official launch next year, so some wings are still being furnished and there are a couple of workmen finishing up furnishings and painting. You'll notice some parts of the hotel not being fully finished yet but this didn't spoil our time there.
