The breakfast was not. We have expected Poor of choices , just American Breakfast Simple menu , no buffet at all

We chose the Adi Dharma Legian based on a previous guest's recommendation and the photos on booking.com, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. The staff at Adi Dharma were brilliant, courteous, and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the facilities at Adi Dharma Kuta were available to Adi Dharma Legian guests. This gave us different options for breakfast as well as access to a gym. The two hotels are only 100 meters apart, making it very easy to transfer between them. For breakfast, Adi Dharma Legian offered an à la carte menu, and the dishes we selected were beautifully presented and delicious. The servings were more than adequate, perhaps even a bit large. The buffet-style breakfast at Adi Dharma Kuta was equally delicious and fresh, with the added benefit of extra bacon or toast if desired. The photos on the booking site accurately represented the hotel's offerings, which was a pleasant surprise as some photos can be misleading. The pool was very relaxing and we used it every day. There were never more than six people around the pool, so it thankfully lacked the crowded feeling of a water park.

If I need to pick one area that might be improved, it would be to increase the service frequency for drinks by the pool.

Staff and facilities are amazing

Nightclub two doors down kept us up all night. From 8pm-3am the music vibrates the walls . It is so loud.

Id really like the staff, the restaurant, the securities and all the the other workers especially the manager, they have welcoming me very well. Great location for youngsters. Not too far from the beach.. just be aware of people on the streets who’s asking u for a ride or asking if you need anything, if they not taxi or from the grab company then I suggest you’ll ask the staff before doing anything with them. I will come back next year😊. This island and the people are amazing…

There’s nothing I didn’t like really. The hotel was great!

Ardi is small and personal, felt part of the family not just a number. We had gorgeous canopy twin beds, the pool was beautiful and the staff are all lovely, beautiful place to stay. Would recommend 😊👍

The music from night club was loud, our room was ground level and on the far side from music so not too bad.

The cleaners were always polite and happy they cleaned exceptionally well the pool was always clean the food there was very nice and good price all round a good stay would recommend

I wasn’t happy to hear that you pay to be collected from airport when others that had been there before were picked up for nothing otherwise I couldn’t complain about anything it was a great place to stay

The room was spacious and clean. Great location in Legian. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great food in the restaurant. Pool was a nice temperature with varying depth. Transport to airport could be booked through the property. Safety deposit box in room.

Some bass music from nearby nightclubs could still be heard during the night.

very nice staff (great in fact), terrific restaurant and breakfast. perfect pool. Clean rooms, perfect beds. spacious rooms.

The traffic was too busy (low-season!) On foot was faster than by taxi. Too much over-capacity all around, too many taxis. and a lot of noise from the karaoke bars and discos at night, but it didn't really keep us from sleeping, since the rooms are at the back of the property.

Breakfast was exceptional, location was perfect for what we wanted - in the middle of action but secluded in the hotel, staff were amazing, many familiar faces who have been there for a long time.

Was disappointed that when I booked I had booked a deluxe room with an extra bed but had to be ( upgraded ) to a family room. Otherwise cannot fault.

Stayed for an overnighter. Excellent rooms selected for inter connection as we were a group. Very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent location and smack in the middle of everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
