the location is superb, very central and close to everything I specially wanted to check out while in Kuta and the hotel pool was definitely one of our favourite parts about our stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind enough to let us exchange higher rupiah notes of cash to smaller amounts for us to take our shopping etc. there is an ATM on the same street which the staff happily pointed out to me as well as a money changer right outside the hotel which is handy for anyone needing this.

nothing to fault personally, we did not try the food on site so can’t pass on any information here.

Location is close to the main street that connects seminyak, legian and kuta and close walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around if you're looking for your last week to shop and eat. We were in walking distance to everything. Also loud music from clubs and pubs nearby but not loud enough that you can't sleep. The rooms are just a bed and bathroom but great value for money and pool/pool area is clean. We also ended up getting a 6pm check out on the day we were meant to leave because our flight got delayed but was so appreciative they were able to accommodate our request. We had a ground with pool access room, I suggest that if you're in and out of the room like we were but they do have elevators.

When you flush the room has a sewerage smell for a few minutes. It didn't ruin our stay but it was sometimes a little unbearable. Loads of pubs nearby but would be nice if it had some sort of pub to get drinks for days we wanted to chill at our hotel. Maybe convert the rooftop or put tables and chairs or beanbags up there?

love the location and I love having a room with access to a pool. the pool was very clean the area around mid the pool well maintained and good temperature

would of given the Terrace 10/10 if they had had a mini fridge rather than just a cooler. The was no trouble getting ice for my wines but would of been much nicer to have a proper fridge in the room

Strategic location with lovely pool view. Served by friendly staff at the business premises.

Leaking aircond. The soap dispenser didn't work properly. Toilet door didn't work properly. No hairdryer. The brochure stand needs to revisited. Old and bended brochures kept. Best to discard unwanted brochures. Internet is not consistent.

The location was great, close to Kuta Beach. The staff were friendly and willing to help where possible, even offering a to store our luggage for free. The hotel and pool were very clean too. WiFi was also very good, alot better than other places whereby the only disruption to our service was when we were on video calls. Streaming and voice calls were very good. Provided two bottles of water everyday too which was very nice.

The kitchen was closed unfortunately but the staff explained it was due to COVID as they had to reduce the number of staff. The pool could do with better lighting such as lights in the pool floor.

The location is really nice! It’s quiet place with super friendly stuff and nice pool. They provide room cleaning, clean towels and water in the rooms every day. I really enjoyed the stay here. It’s near to ocean, to the mall and really nice restaurants.

The internet sometimes was slow. But as I understand it’s normal thing for Bali😅

I've stayed here 3 times now. Great location and budget friendly. The staff are warm and welcoming and so helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. The pool access room is my favourite and I definitely recommend booking that room.

Nice and cozy room with clean bathroom. Swimming pool is also cool, when you want to just chill for a while. 🙂 Very friendly staff, also let us keep rented scooter at the garage. 5 mins walk to the beach and several good warungs close to the hotel to have a dinner.

Very busy street with lots of traffic. It's good starting point for the trip around Bali, but I wouldn't stay there for the whole vacation.

Located at the close proximity of the legian beach and the main Street that has all the restaurants and bars. But just a bit more on the busy place but once your in the room there would not be an disturbance. The staff are helpful but just due to communication issues they do not volunteer anything. They helped me book a taxi to the Sanur Harbour😉

The AC was not working too well. May be we received a room with a defective air conditioner. But nothing much to complain.

The loud music that was coming from another Hotel across the lane , Hotel terrace couldnt do anything about that , but made it very hard to sleep.. The bed was to firm asked for Duvat to put on top of the matress, dont do that
