Nice big room Breakfast.

No airport pickup. For the money we paid that was very disappointing. Bar prices at the pool are very expensive.. Shuttle Bus to the beach not every hour. You are meant to book but how do you know how much time you wish to stay. The shuttle should appear every hour. Again, for the money we paid the location is not great. No furniture on our balcony. Why? Small details not present for 5 star.

I really liked the staff in the hotel as well as the pool area. Rooms are very nice designed and clean as well. Their food was tasty.

I think lighting in the room is not enough. Especially in the bathroom. Women would like more proper light when doing make-up. I was expecting the hotel to use filtered water but they said the ice they use is from tap water. Considering the importance of not drinking tap water, I expected such expensive hotel to be careful about it.

1. the hand basin was clogged upon checkin 2. there was no usual irons, so there were limited steam irons available so it took over a few hours for it to be available for us to use 3. I had to walk through the breakfast area to access the gym and pool and people can see you in the gym when they are eating breakfast????

The pool was amazing. The lobby staff were very helpful and always welcoming. The buggy service to the beach was great. The breakfast staff were lovely. We felt safe and secure. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

We had to ask housekeeping daily for our room to be cleaned and refreshed with towels and toiletries. There were not enough coat hangers and clothes storage for our clothes was minimal.

Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms with good balcony views. Buffet had ample options between indo and western style food. Gym overlooked pool and had aircon. Rooftop pool was really great to chill. Located quite central and lots of convenience store and laundromat across the road.

First day arrival we ordered lunch but 3/6 dishes we ordered were not available. And 2/6 drinks were also not available (out of stock). Could not switch between shower head and little spray. (Used the little spray the whole time) All minor issues property could improve on but would stay again.

Gym and pools, and the bar in pools area, were the best parts of this hotel. Bedroom was spacious, even for the lowest category. Beds were convenient for a good sleep.

Breakfast was good enough, but I wish there will be more variations of breads and pastries. Jajan pasar ( Indonesian traditional sweets) will be a good addition. In my room, there were ants colonies, so I could not put foods openly on the table. These ants colonies should be eradicated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The hotel is clean and with great facilities. I felt like the whole stay was easy, the location great and I would stay again.

I thought the coffee was expensive and not good. I was surprised it wasn’t included in the breakfast. I also didn’t like the lobby Jazz music being played around the pool and the breakfast area. It’s boring and silence would be nicer.

The suit was very nice, all staff at the reception where very supportive and friendly. Nicole and her team from the TS fashion store where very helpful and super nice. Mack and his FB team made sure i had no unfilled wishes from the Bars or restaurant. For sure i will recommend this place and looking forward to come back. Sincerely, Phillip B.

kind and helpful staff from the minute you walk in. Great infinity pool overlooking Seminyak with comfortable day beds.

The online photos do not truly present the condition of the building. Unfortunately the premises is in need of some decent renovations especially around the pools rooftop area. Apart from the main ground foyer which presents well, the rest of the premise needs either a refresh or renovation which greatly depreciates this hotel.

Loved the friendly staff, yummy food, overall safety and fantastic amenities. I was cautiously sceptical looking at some of the reviews (negative about food), but my partner and I thought the buffet breakfast was great!! The staff even remembered our names ! Room service was always fast and definitely got accustomed to daily room cleans/new towels/sheets.

Nothing to report, great value for money!
