It is located on a good street, with restaurants and other accommodations close by. There is a mini market literally outside, so if you need to stock up with snacks you don't have to look far. There is also a massage place 3 minutes away if you wanted to get one. The villa was very comfortable and private. The bed is super comfy. I love the hotel's restaurant, they have the best Acai bowls on offer and the coffee here is to die for. Staff were super lovely, the ladies at reception were very helpful, even house keeping boys were very accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met.

Nothing to fault , other than the facilities and amenities were a bit run down (but still functional)

The washroom did not have a tap. It was a bit far from beach, the convenience store infront does not provide much choices. the kitchen was basic and lacks utensils, it is apt to make quick breakfast. suitable for couples though.

It was very clean and private which was nice and the staff were super friendly !

The pillows and bed were possibly the incomfiest I’ve ever slept on. The pillows are so big that your head is constantly at a 45 degree angle. Woke up feeling 20 years older haha. Did not ruin my time there though I did enjoy the Villa very much

The private pool was a wonderful destination for the whole holiday, and the staff were amazing. The work crew is thoughtful and tries to provide good service. Highly recommended.

We stayed in two different villas during this holiday. The Villa 4 was cheaper, and we could smell the sewage from the toilet from down the pipe. Definitely not the housekeeping problem, it needed to do some repair and change the pipe system. Villa 5 was wonderfully pleasant, even just right the next door, there wasn't any smell at all, which was why we figured out the problem was the pipe system in Villa 4, not the whole homestead.

we stayed in number 10 which was a 3 bedroomed villa, each room was separate and spacious with individual bathrooms, all coming directly out to the pool area (something to consider if you are wanting young children in their own room. I slept with the grandchildren). The pool was nice and the outside decking area was lovely breakfast had a good choice in the restaurant or they would bring it to your room as well. Location was good, 5 minute taxi ride to the shops and beach (approx 20 minute walk but not with a 4 and 5 yesr old) Staff are lovely and really friendly.

The bats would come in the outside area at night and you would wake up to a mess but on a positive note, the staff were quick to clean it up)

we stayed in number 10 for 1 night before moving to Lovina Bay, we then came back for 2 nights before going to Gilli T. Staff were really friendly, so helpful. Accommodation was 3 separate king rooms, all separate and coming out to the outside living area and pool (something to consider if coming with young children due to the safety of the pool , I slept with the 4 and 5 year old grandchildren) pool was lovely. breakfast was nice with a good choice and you could have it either in the restaurant or they would bring it to your villa

bats would come into the outdoor living area and make a mess but on the positive nite, the staff would quickly come and clean it up

We stayed 8 nights in Villa 1 of this accommodation and everything went perfectly. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are large and in general the space is modern (according to local quality). The pool is undoubtedly an extra, as is the restaurant that has the best food in Bali. The staff is wonderful and attentive. The tours are very flexible. The street is also super safe, with a supermarket open 24/7 for any need. All this at affordable prices. A special thank you to Wiri, Siska and Dipta.

I really like the layout of the villa in Balinese tradition. The villa was spacious with open air living room and bathroom. A comfortable king bed. A water dispenser with options of hot and cold was handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet at night.

I really didn't like the mould on the walls in the bedroom and the kitchen. The cleanness of the textile materials were subpar in my standards. I will be happy to come back again if the property can fix these issues.

location is perfect, bars and cafes close, money exchangers close. not busy when you leave villas which is also great. the pool is large and very nice. pool light for nights swims. kitchen is good size with full fridge and freezer. aircon in room worked great.

safe didn’t work electronically but staff gave me a key and wasn’t really a negative. staff are amazing and very helpful I think they would fix a problem if it arose

The villa setup was great - outdoor kitchen and private pool and big beds.

The overall condition of the complex - it really needs some maintenance work - powerpoints felt unsafe and some light switches sparked - the shower needs a good scrub - we could see mould in some areas. If electrical maintenance is not upheld, then an accident is likely to happen to tourist. Better maintenance on pool
