Location is fabulous. The pool is about 30 metres from the beach and It’s a 2 minute walk for restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The pool is a nice size, warm and so refreshing. Clean towels supplied at pool and the bar staff are so attentive and come over to take your order as soon as you sit down. Food was very good. I’m a massive foodie and everything hit the mark for me. Cocktails very tasty also! Live singing some nights. Buffet has quite a wide range of selection. The grounds and room are immaculate. Daily cleaning and landscaping. The staff were just amazing and welcoming the whole time and helped with absolutely everything. They made this a solid 10 for me. Beds super comfortable and quite big. Rooms had enough space for luggage and moving around. Not cramped in the slightest. Only fault with the room was shower pressure, it was very low but hot. Water re-filling station ✅ I’d say it was a very chilled vibe and nice place to recharge with some peace. I’d say the only negative I have is cocktail and food prices at the restaurant. One cocktail is 200k which is about £10.90 😅 it came in a small wine glass too. If you paid that for a cocktail in Newcastle upon Tyne you’d get a giant fishbowl and a shot 😅 I’ve stayed in about 7 different places since being here. They all were lovely but this is my favourite by far. Easy 9/10👏🏼👏🏼 Much love guys and thank you for making my time here that little bit more special ❤️

The location is very nice, with direct access to the beach from where we took a dolphin and snorkeling tour organized by the hotel. We were lucky and saw many dolphins. Already the boat ride and sunrise is worth it The snorkeling was very nice, and we saw a lot of colorful fish, however, do not expect to see corals. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we enjoyed the dinner location at the beach. We did not try the spa. We stayed one night but would have loved to stay another night.

The bathroom is dated. The shower drainage was clogged and we had to call for a repair at 11 pm.

Breakfast was simple and either buffet (dependant on number of guests I am presuming) or from a set breakfast menu - plenty of variety and food. Fresh juice daily was perfect. Staff at the Restaurant were brilliant and very hospitable learning the orders of us quickly. Super friendly staff across the resort and all so willing to help and assist you. The Resort has a little shuttle bus that can take you into central Lovina and the drivers are super friendly and able to offer great recommendations for food and drinks! Fresh and crisp towels and bed linen and very spacious clean rooms. The beds were super comfy. Bathrooms are spacious and showers are decent!! I have stayed a Aneka twice now and would recommend this resort for anyone travelling to Lovina. Aneka is quiet, well maintained, well staffed and pays homage to Bali! We loved our stay.

nothing about the hotel. But the sea was so disgusting that nobody was swimming. and it doesn’t help to go down the beach. you need to take a boat out to get a swim Lovina street outside the hotel ia very busy and noisy.. dolphins: if you are in to animal welfare then don’t go. many boats are going out and they where like hunting the dolphins when they appeared. we didn’t like it. but nice snorkeling out there

The hotel was just perfect. So peaceful & beautifully maintained. The traditional style of the villas is lovely. The grounds are lovely & the view from the pool to the beach is beautiful. Breakfast is extensive with lots of variety. The staff could not do enough for you.

Very very clean! The garden was looked after very properly, I dont see any rubbish in the property anywhere in the hotel and the garden. Also the room was comfortable and the staffs were very friendly. It is very quite hence a perfect place to relax. You can arrange wild dolphins sightseeing tour in a boat from the concierge. You are with your own group on a boat, no need to worry to get infected with covid from other people.

Unfortunately the beach was not clean. It is public area, but the local governmet could do more to make lovina great. It has many potentials.

Gardens are beautiful&well maintained. Pool area near beach. Cottages are in Balinese style with patio . Very relaxing. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Rooms cleaned daily & fresh towels.Great breakfast.

Very hard mattress.

The up keep on the whole property was wonderful. Pool was also awesome. Staff was really great and accommodating.

There weren’t many vegetarian or vegan options at breakfast which was very annoying. The bed and mattress were relatively old and not comfortable.

Nothing was too much trouble. They even dropped you and your luggage to your bungalow. The ladies at the spa were also very good too and very reasonable. The grounds were well kept, they even had a veg garden

The staff is very friendly. Everything is clean and well kept. The peace is absolute.

No place to enjoy the beach. I had to go to the next hotel to do that.
