Such a great place to stay for the price. The resort feels like a small town where everyone has their little home, everyone smiles and greets you as you walk around. Main swimming pool area was great. Incredibly clean rooms, with lots of space and a bathtub! Definitely want to return.

Only criticisms I can give are: the WiFi which was quite unreliable. As a remote worker, I often had to hotspot with my mobile data. The aircon wasn't very effective at cooling down the room. And the restaurant was pretty expensive. If these things were improved, it'd easily be a 10 from me!

The hotel is quite big and offers an all-in-one package, including a restaurant, SPA, small gym and 2 pools. As almost everywhere on Bali, hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room/rest of the property are reasonably well maintained. The hotel territory is huge and I saw many people working on its maintenance every day. I also got a "bonus" room, as mine was next to a staircase and the place above it was joined to extend my room, which was a nice bonus. As I stayed here during a low season, I didn't have issues with the noise other people mention. However I must admit during weekend days I could hear neighbors a lot. The location of the hotel is quite good. 15 mins by foot one could get to Lovina beach, around which there are many good restaurants/SPA/etc.

I wasn't a big fan of the hotel restaurant, so I ended up going elsewhere. The other huge thing for me was the pillows. It is always a mystery for me who can sleep on big tight pillows like the ones in the hotel. I ended up using no pillows at all, as I cannot sleep with either a neck of ~90 degrees or in a half-sitting position.

Great team, very hospitable and accommodating. Manager Gede Prapta, staff and trainees making sure that their guests are feeling at home and having a pleasant stay. Hotel was recently fully renovated and is located directly at the beach. Beautiful, well maintained garden, very clean facilities, big pool. Free shuttle to Singaraja and Lovina.

for the price we booked, we had never expected to arrive in such a luxurious resort! it starts with a beautiful entrance, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool is right next to the beach with beautiful palm trees, swings and sunbeds. the staff was extremely helpful with all our requests

the restaurant can be better. We always had to wait very long for our food and sometimes the portion sizes were ridiculously small. The bolognaise sauce tastes like it comes from a jar. the prices were more expensive compared to the other places we’ve been in bali BUT there are many other restaurants nearby to choose from, you can find them all on the beach

The staff were really friendly and were happy to help when we wanted to do something such as rent a motorbike, or when I wanted some mosquito spray. The pool as well was really nice and had a deep end which we hadn’t seen in other places that we had stayed in meaning we could dive in!

I think maybe the standard rooms were a little too basic, and our room was located extremely near to the front desk. There was also some event or business meeting going on we weren’t sure and that sort of made us a feel a little awkward at meal times when we were the only guests there!

Nice rooms but nothing flash, need some TLC at least the one I was in. Good wifi and the beds were comfortable Great pool area if that is your thing. On the beach, but very rocky Ladies on the beach give a great massage - don't worry they don't harrass you to have one

My room option was 2 single beds or 1 large bed so I went with 1 large bed. They basically pushed the 2 Double size beds (I woud have left them if I had known they were doubles) together and then attempted to make the bed up using a weird combination of bedding. Didn't really affect anything just thought I shoud let people know. One reason I stayed there was because some mentioned the gym was nice, well it wasn't. Not much there to be honest. Pecdec/Pulldown/Leg extention combo machine that seems to be on it's last legs and a couple small sets of dumbells. The building is nice as it overlooks the water - they could do so much with that room.

The resort was beautiful. Lovely big room,clean and modern. The pool and restaurant area was exceptional. Clean and wow what a view. Right on the water. Sunsets were spectacular. Pool is huge with plenty of sun loungers and lovely daybeds right next to beach. One of the nicest places we've stayed.

The only let down was not enough service around pool or even in restaurant. Staff were around but not checking on guests to offer food or drinks.

It's a big residence but without annoying entertainers. The swimming pool was nice and clean, the access to the beach too because you can easily get a boat to go somewhere else. Good the restaurant, beautiful all the "common areas". Breakfast was good, wifi good and reliable enough to work with the laptop. Inside the room there is a "kind of a table" with a chair from where it's possible to use the laptop.

In general the rooms and the bathrooms look like a bit old and dirty, and there are a lot of ants and very little bugs. Too big and uncomfortable the pillows. There isn't a policy about usage of the swimming pool, so it could happen that there are people making a mess at the swimming pool just below your balcony.

- The only problem we encountered was that the restaurant was hired out one night completely and this meant nor us or anyone at the hotel was able to make use of it and therefore had to find elsewhere. It was an inconvenience to us and it felt harsh to have no alternative given, however there was other resorts along the beach front that would let us eat there.

Great resort for cheap prices. Nice access to the beach and a big pool. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The location is about 15-20 minute walk to the city with restaurants and cafes but with a scooter definitely easy to reach.

The staff was really kind, but the communication about laundry was hard. There is a list in the room to fill out, but when we brought it to the reception, it was a fixed price. 100k for 3kg seems a lot, but since there are not many laundries around, it is the best option. The outdoor bathroom doesn't feel private since you can hear the neighbors in their bathroom as well. Once, I sat on the toilet, and a staff cleaned the grid roof that is there to protect that no animals or leaves come in but it would have been nice to know beforehand so I am not using the bathroom in that moment.
