The breakfast spread was luxurious and delicious. Room was clean. Staff were accomodating, responsive and friendly. The location was good, with several warungs opposite it. It has beautiful unblocked view of the mountain too. Facilities are great, very child friendly. Keep it up!

The room was beautiful and clean except one of the bedsheet, it has a few blood spots. Other than that, it's perfect.

The hotel is so beautiful, inside and outside. We got a free room upgrade (17th floor Mountain View). Breakfast had so many options! waffles, pancakes, fried rice, eggs, etc. Staff was so friendly and helpful. When we did a night tour and came back in the morning at 11AM, room was already cleaned. Really compliments to the housekeeping, they folded all my clothes that we laying over the chair!! Perfect stay, I cannot say anything else (and I am quite picky).

The Grand Mecure was great value for money and the rooms were very spacious. Ansar the Manager was extremely helpful and kind to us. We struggle a little bit with a language barrier but we got there in the end. The buffet breakfast in the morning is a great way to discover local cuisine, we almost tried everything! We will definitely be back.

the sky lounge seemed to be open on random days. So we didn't get to experience that facility unfortunately.

The rooms were very good, love the junior suite with mountain view. spa, gym, coffee shop, sky lounge were more than good. hope sky lounge also may provide more various local traditional food option offer. thank you

need to improve the water pressure at bathroom. to me it seems not strong enough on the high floor. also it would be great if the closet has a bidet button as used to be in 5 stars hotel instead only a jet washer

A lot variety of food including ocal food and drinks are available.

No hand towel. The sink faucet is very difficult to use, very hard to on and off. The height of the sink is too low that the water splash out easily. The size of tissue paper and the roll of tissue are too small.

Our second time stay in this hotel, during check out time, receptionist staff asked 2 of access card must return, one is missing, and they charge us IDR50.000, she said it's hotel regulation. Surprisingly during our April stay, only 1 access card was returned with no problem. Hotel management must say in front if there is this regulation, it's 5 star hotel not cheap one.

As expected ,the hotel gives standard 5 stars hotel. And I get room upgrade for free ! Strategic location and offers various kind of foods during the breakfast. Staying during Ramadhan and Eid ul Fitri, the hotel offers warm welcome and hospitality. Everything is as expected for a 5 stars hotel. Keep up the good service !

Cleanliness not up to European standards (dust and dirt in all corners of the room, mold in bathroom, fingerprints on glass surfaces) However still better than all other hotels we had in Java

I love how spacious the room was with lots of storage. Wifi strength was exceptional for working online and with others. I tried the spa and met the spa staff Anggie..she really a good masseuse. The hotel interior feel so modern yet still cozy. the shower pressure was good and the bed was spacious for twin bed.

The lobby was too busy with so many things happening.

nice view from corner room with double view of two mountains parking spots are quite huge sky lounge on Saturday night with life music variety of breakfast, from local to western food. there is also outdoor barbecue (this one taste good)

no iron nor iron board amenities are very limited for 5 stars hotel
