Staying for more than 3 times in this hotel, sincr it s new. The room is spacious, with kinds of bfast menu to spoil ur taste bud.

Basically all ok except that the staffs at trimurti restaurant who carelessly miscounting counts for additional bfast paxx ,that it s quite hassle for me ,showing inability to prioritizing details of payment to the cust.

Absolutely loved my stay at this stunning 5-star hotel in the heart of Malang! 🌟 Despite being a small city, everything you need is just a stone's throw away, and taxi rides are a blast. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable. The room? An absolute gem—spacious and beautifully decorated! Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience! If you’re in Malang to explore Bromo, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You won’t find a better blend of quality and value anywhere else!

This is a great hotel which looks and feels brand new, because of course it is brand new. The Executive King Room was spacious with an amazingly comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The rooms are really quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and staff are super friendly and helpful. A really enjoyable stay and will undoubtedly stay here again when in Malang next.

Sorry, but the Accor corporate videos in the lifts/elevators are annoying, repetitive and grating. Just corporate jargon that none of your guest probably care about. Replace with some music or tourism videos.

The largest hotel in town, with luxurious and spacious lobby and restaurants. The property offers three dining options, including a delightful Japanese restaurant, a stylish bar, and a rooftop lounge. The breakfast buffet is extensive, catering to diverse tastes with local, Chinese, European, and Japanese cuisine. The room was cozy, spacious, and offer pleasant view. While the room themselve were comfortable, the bathrooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly addressing the mold on shower curtains and dirty corners.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The hotel itself is really well laid out with good facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, so no worries for a good rest, especially after a days trip to Bromo, which is highly recommended. The restaurants at the hotel serve great food but a little more expensive compared to the local cuisine outside the hotel, which is the norm wherever you stay. Anyway, we will certainly stay at this lovely hotel again when we return to Indonesia 🇮🇩

Kids love the pool the breakfast, room and everything.

We stayed 2 nights and they supposed to clean the room but they only made the bed they did not vacuum or sweep the floor trash still on the floor. We complained right away and they offered to clean the room again but it was already 10pm kids ready for bed. They gave us 1 free breakfast instead. Thanks but actually didnt need the breakfast since we purchases breakfast already with the room. We hope that they clean thoroughly.

Hotel has some lovely restaurants, the Chinese and Japanese are particularly good. Sky bar up on the 19th floor is a bit soul less, in that it's usually empty, but even when there are people there, it lacks the atmosphere of a good bar. Service is good, and sometimes there is live music playing.

No complaints for the hotel, although the pool does close early, and they make you get out if it rains!!

I was surprised by how large the room was for this price point. The whole hotel feels grand & luxurious. Design was modern & artistic, especially the lobby. As someone who plans to visit the city multiple times, this would easily be my top of mind.

Too few drinking water in the room (room should've came with at least 2x 600ml bottles instead of just 2x 330ml). Breakfast was understaffed - my table was missing a chair & there were no spoons to be found. Also, the overhead shower needs some checking as it sprayed water all over the place.

Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Funny thing is that on breakfast there was no knife anywhere and staff had to bring it to the table on request. Best thing here are the staff which was very friendly and helpful to organize tour to Bromo and Tumpak waterfall. We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.

I had dinner at the Resto (Gado Gado) and at the sky bar (Gambas Ceasar salad), which were both not at all relatable to the standard of the hotel. Very basic and not tasty! You'll get way better food for less money outside of the hotel!
