Absolutely the best hotel experience for a while! They do their absolute best to make your stay 10/10. Food is great and they can cook/prepare food outside of the menu. The selection for the breakfast was great, both western and local options. They prepare fresh juice and snacks you in every day which was nice. The room was big and spottles. Loved the half outdoor bathroom experience. The bed was big and comfy, so were the pillows. The location was great as there is a huge mall nearby. We rent a scooter for 3 days and visited different places, for example Senggigi. The location was also great for a day trip to Gili Islands.

Sometimes the service took a little while, yet this is very typical in Indonesia. It was a good perspective for us Westerns that not everything must be done fast and effectively.

The food here is exceptional. I have been on a month-long vacation through Asia, and I must say that the cuisine I have enjoyed here might be the best of the entire trip. Additionally, the service was excellent. While service in Indonesia tends to be very good, the staff here truly went above and beyond. It was a nice experience.

Actually, nothing, but if I may nitpick; the garden in the suites could be tidied up a bit before arrival, such as removing all the dead leaves, to give it a fresh appearance. However, this is truly a minor detail; everything else was excellent, especially the food!

This property is spot on! Firstly, we booked the hotel last minute and turned out to be one of our most comfy stay in Indo! Dayu, Jessica, May and the rest of the team went above and beyond. Beautiful property in the heart of Mataram. Everything is well thought of from the moment you contact them, check in, during your stay and before leaving. Love the treats in the room that I get excited about whenever we go home after a long day out. Definitely our most comfy stay in all of Lombok. Please note it's beside a mosque and could hear the prayer call all the time but this did not bother us at all. Thank you very much for the hospitality. We'll be back when Zak and Avi are much much bigger so they don't throw all the rocks in the pond 😄

Ok, lets start from the welcome experiences, the staffs were very nice, my booking was great eventhough it was lastminute book. they provide great welcome drink and welcome snacks. talk about the room, its quite "enough" space. i didnt believe there is a quite place like this in the city. lets talk about the coffee in the room :) it wasn't nescafe :) instead, they provide you great excellent local dripped coffee choice, gave you also platter mix fruits in the fridge, and mid-day treats! definitely recommended for those who wanna have a layover or break from city vibes for 1-2 days.

the pool water quality could have been better, more sunbed needed in some spots by the pool.

Ayom suites is the best resort we have ever stayed in! The staff has been extremely kind and payed attention to every detail, helped us with every request or need for advice we had. The room was exceptionally clean and lovingly designed, the pool and the external space are perfect and designed to relax and escape from the caos of the city. The food was delicious and characterized by high level recipe and preparation, a mix between the traditional cousine and some occidental influences (the bread and biscuits they made are amazing as the everyday supply of different juices!) Thank you for have made our staying in Mataram so special and thanks in particular to Mita and May, always super kind and willing to help us with everything we need!

Walking into the room to find a selection of fresh fruits, cold juice, and delicious cookies awaiting me was a delightful surprise. And the cherry on top? A wonderful tea time with delectable little cakes, truly a treat for the senses. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether I was lounging by the poolside or taking a refreshing dip, I couldn't help but feel completely rejuvenated. As for dining, the restaurant at Ayom Suites truly impressed me. A 10 is not enough for us to say how excellent Ayoum Suite is. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I really enjoyed the warm welcome, the nice atmosphere, the lovely staff who received us familiarly and of course all facilities are available, super hygienic. This is truly a gem that every Lombok visitor should experience. We stayed there for 2 days and will return tomorrow for 3 days. I look forward to coming Ayom home. This place is amazing, the best I've stayed in all of indonesia. Service amazing. Genuine care amongst the Staff. Beautiful presented welcome drinks. Plus cold pressed juice complimentary. Turn down service with treat. They helped us with motorcycle hire. Was there upon arrival and they took care of return. Book this hotel, you will not regret it. 110/100. 5/5 10/10!!

Minor. But slightly more breakfast for western diet would be good. But was fine with fruit and coffee.
