This place is just perfect if you have an early or late flight at Medan. We were the only ones in the very large and comfortable pool. At the room the beds were very comfortable. In the evening we were lucky to participate in a karaoke bingo in the evening. I even sung a song myself! The shuttle service was very very welcome to us, since we needed to be a the airport at 5 a.m.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom. If we would have stayed longer, we would have brought it to the hotels attention, but we only stayed for half a night.

Very helpful staff in reception and main restaurant. Good location. Comfortable room. Lovely grounds. Nice pool area. Reception staff were very good at arranging the return shuttle to the airport to suit us. They also kindly allowed a complimentary checkout at 1300hrs as we had an afternoon flight

Airport shuttle was not there when we arrived which is always stressful. After some whatsapp messages and phone calls it did arrive. Breakfast was awful--poor selection of tepid food. Sadly we were not told of fresh omelette option until we had finished and saw other residents requesting it. Need fruit juice, better selection of tea/coffee, better selection of fresh fruit, some fresh bakery.

I loved everything about my stay. The place is awesome, the pool is perfect, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would come back here again and again. The free pick-up from the airport was on time and although he had to wait a bit for me, he was still so freindly.

Nothing, we booked a place near the airport because we didn't want to have to travel far when we arrived. We honestly loved everything about this place.

Overall a nice, comfortable stay very close to the airport. Two affordable restaurants on site with room service available. Beautiful pool.

Room for improvement with breakfast as it was all cold by 9:30am (typical for Indonesia, but we had hoped for better here). Pool always full of children. No where to sit/eat in room (which made room service a bit uncomfortable).

I really loved this place - extraordinary luxury for Indonesia 🇮🇩 think, very lovely people (especially Arif who helped out with a lot of things beyond the stay at the hotel)! Wifi is great, bed super comfy, warm shower (if you need that), and of course a pool… 😍 Perfect for a layover close to the airport and: the airport shuttle is for free every hour = awesome!

I noticed that this is more common in Indonesia, but by Western standards, it really doesn’t meet expectations. Even though the room was clean, the condition of the walls gave it an unkempt appearance, which could easily be improved with a fresh coat of paint or a thorough cleaning

Restaurant menu could have a fruit platter. Provide hand soap in bathroom. Improve restaurant staff's communication in English.

Window in bathroom couldn’t close and there were mosqitous in the room.

I was travelling with my daughter so it was good I was able to specify a twin room. On arrival they arranged a free airport minibus for us at the right time.

The restaurant meal was disappointing - it came wrapped in cling film and was clearly reheated and not cooked fresh.

I liked everything. Very nice place, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the airport. If I will come at Sumatra again I will stay here again. Thank you all for everything.
