The location was good and the property offers various activities (snorkeling, Nusa Penida trip etc.) and services (scooter rent, laundry). Also, the pool was clean and there is hot water. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not very clean and the AC was not powerful enough to cool the room properly. Also, every time the staff cleaned our room, they turned the AC off which was not helpful.

I booked this homestay last minute due to an unexpected cancellation of the place I had booked initially. Chillhouse was one of the cleanest places I have stayed in during my trip around South East Asia. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The best part about this place however is definitely the family that run this place. They were more than accommodating to my needs and even collected me from a restaurant I was eating at. The owner also brought me to a pharmacy as I was feeling unwell. There was also a small earthquake while I was staying here and the owner went out of his way to re-assure me that I didn’t have anything to worry about. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lembongan=Chill House. The best! What should we talk about first? I'm in Gili now, but I keep thinking about Lembongan. Chill House is a family run business. Not only is the owner friendly, but he also ensures that travelers can get what they need in the most comfortable way possible. The price is reasonable too. There are many restaurants and beaches around. I hope you too can have a comfortable journey through this trustworthy person. I have traveled to dozens of places, but this is one of the most memorable places. I will always miss you and your family. I hope that you will always be filled with health and happiness. The property is well placed in terms of location. The room was nice and quiet and met all my needs for what was required. A room, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. The owner and employees offered to take me on the scooter to visit different locations during my short stay for a small price. I am very grateful for that, it helped me get around the island as I new exactly where I wanted to see in the 48 hours. Thanks again for your hospitality! Absolutely loved my stay here for 6 nights - super spacious room, nice bathroom, and balcony view. Super convenient location, I walked for food and activities and Gede was kind to assist in helping plan activities as well. The best part was his family and staff on property welcoming you and being there for anything you may need. I was able to grab an earlier ferry and Gede let me check in early. I felt very safe traveling solo here and would definitely stay again.

The room was like a standard hotel room: bed, 2 end tables, wardrobe for hanging clothes with a safe, desk, and a chair. Linens were clean. Towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, drying rack, kettle & coffee, mini fridge, and TV provided. Air conditioner worked well. No problems with mosquitos, roaches, or lizards. Wi-fi was good the whole time (I was able to work). Bathroom was clean. Hot water in the shower. Owner provided drinking water. Location is in the super busy/tourist area on the north side of Lembongan -- easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of food places along the road/next door. Quiet at night.

Things to know: - The contact number on the booking doesn't seem to work. But the owner responded to my messages thru Booking in a few hours. :) - There were lots of little ants on the desk, the bathroom counter, and the two end tables. This is typical for Bali, but I mention it because it was way more than what I usually encounter at other homestays. They were harmless and didn't bite, but they kept getting all in my stuff.

We choose the location of Chillhouse Lembongan and to be honest we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and how clean the room was for the price. Special mention and praise for the owners of Chillhouse Lembongan for their attention to detail and very warm welcome we received when we arrived at 11am. They couldn't be any more accommodation with our needs or recommendations for what the Island has to offer.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome by this lovely family. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay truly special. Everything we needed was provided, and we were able to fully enjoy a relaxing and carefree time. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved our stay at Chillhouse, it was clean, right in the centre and at a very affordable price. The owners were also super kind and helpful.

If I could have any extra wishes, I'd say: - it would be nice to have a hand towel and soap next to the bathroom sink, - curtains could be darker/blackening. But for the price, it was still an excellent deal!

Location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The accommodation is a family run business of 6 rooms which were spacious and clean. There is a shop out the front if you need to purchase anything .overall good value for money.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There is only a sheet on the bed and I had to turn off and on the air con. Otherwise everything ok, no breakfast included, but this didn’t bother us.
