The room was nice and comfy, the swimming pool clean. Ask for a room in the back otherwise you will be just next to the street and it can get a bit noisy (to be fair, most places are located next to the streets).

I walked from the harbour and arrived swearing and the woman at the reception started talking about organised tours.. not the best timing ;) There were also little bugs on my bed falling from the wooden structure right above the bed. So the staff sprayed something and it was ok.

A better description of what beach access means to the property. Possibly some extra basic elements would be great. A fridge and a kettle.

The staff was super friendly, always a smile on their face. The breakfasts were okay, exactly enough to start a good day. Our room was big, clean and comfy. The AC was fresh and ice cold! Really needed in the hot weather. The swimming pool was superb, almost 3m deep in the depth so we could try diving there a bit. Alltogether a very pleasant stay, they even organized a shuttle to take us to the harbour on our last day. Super stay, we really liked it. (As an extra info, you can rent a motorbike at their place, do not hesitate to negotiate a bit, and ask for a helmet as the roads are a bit crazy).

The property is next to one of the main roads. Which was cool as we had a lot of restaurants and small shops, but the roads are super super dusty.... so even when we walked for 5 minutes all of our clothes smelled like dust. It’s okay just a bit sad.

Wow fantastic place to stay! Everything was just as I had imagined!! The free breakfast was perfect everyday and the staff booked us our scooter, our diving experience with Aquaman Snorkeling Lembongan which was absolutely fantastic!! Booked our transfer to Cenigan & Lombok made things easy as. They serviced our rooms everyday which was great I wasn't expecting that. Short walk to the beach and pool was perfect argh would so recommend coming here A++++

Nothing they were amazing!

The room was very clean and cleaned thoroughly each daily including clean sheets and towels. When I realised sheets were changed daily I told them not to! The pool is lovely as well. Location is fantastic with great cafes and restaurants close by. I will definitely come back to Pondok Jenggala.

I would have loved a kettle in the room but I obviously could live without it.

We liked everything! The rooms were spacious, very clean, included everything we needed, nice outside terrace, good aircon. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location and had a lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds. The best part for us was the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Anything you needed, they would help with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Affordable little hotel with big clean rooms and helpful staff. In a good spot for food, bars and money exchange. Just what our large family of 7 needed. Cheap ✅ Clean ✅ Air Con ✅ Pool ✅ You get what you pay for so don’t expect too much considering the price. The kids loved the pool.

Showing its age

The rooms are basic but clean. The pool is nice. The location is in the main road close to the shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly. They provide towels including beach towels.

There is no safe or kettle but there’s a tv? No all day restuarant so you aren’t able to order a tea/coffee after breakfast hours.

I loved the family that tended the property the most. They dedicate so much time to tending their property and for me that made my experience wholesome and delightful. Always greeted with welcoming smiles and helpful for anything necessary. They also did daily cleaning to our room. The pool area is lovely and just a generally calm setting. Very Balinese!

Great value for money. Loved the pool and the day bed. Good position on the main street. Short walk to the beach. They organised scooters and tours for us so we had plenty to do.

I wouldn't get the breakfast next time, as there are nice restaurants with more variety a short stroll away.
