-Modern complex which includes pool, restaurant, garden, etc. -Pool and gardens were being taken care of, which was very agreeable. -Staff always there to help - we found a huge gecko in the middle of the night, and they were very willing to help us take him out. -They offer scooter rental at a fair price, and the scooter that we got was new! That's a big point on their favor.

-Helmets need renovation. -Rooms are somehow small and dark because of the disposition of the rooms and the small corridors between buildings. If you're here for 2 or 3 nights it shouldn't be a problem, but if you plan to stay for a week, it becomes a bit bothering. -More care should be taken in terms of electrical security. We saw electricity wires right next to the pool which were only wrapped in scotch as a protection measure. We have seen similar things around Indonesia, but they should start taking more care about these things to avoid potential accidents. -Meal offering at the restaurant was limited, which resulted in it being most of the time empty after breakfast time.

Excellent value for money. Very nice swimming pool. Quiet area but you need some kind of transportation because there are no shops or restaurants close by. Super friendly staff, clean rooms. Would go here again if I want to relax for two or three days.

The air in the room and the bathroom was a bit stale (there was a window/door in the room that you could open). Not sure what to do in this area in general except relaxing, there are no good beaches nearby (I think) and places like Kelingking, Atuh/Diamond beach are far away. Probably good if you want to go snorkeling or have a look at the volcano on Bali.

The beds were super comfy in a good size room. we had Netflix on the TV which was good as we could just relax watching Netflix in the evening. my other half got food poisoning for 4 days so we had to extend our stay to 7 nights and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. A great hotel with lovely staff. would 100% recommend for family and for backpackers!

The shower ran out of hot water pretty quickly however that could just be because it’s a small island and most islands in south east Asia have the same issue.

Very nice resort, good maintained en lots of nice flowers and plants. Swimming pool and reception is nice. Staff is great. The room is clean and good, nice beds and quiet.

Breakfast could be a lot better, because of an excursion we wanted it one time at 7am. We got everything cold, probably prepared the day before.. Also you have to make a choice out of fresh juice or fruit platter. A fruit platter with 3 slices of pineapple en 3 slices of Melon. Just give juice ánd fruit platter.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable beds - > soft mattress, pillows and bedsheets. Size of the room is great. Bathroom is clean. Over all the place looks new and is very pleasant to stay.

Location is nearby the town, good local restaurants on walking distance, but to visit most touristic highlights, you have to travel a bit far.

Sockets: plenty by the bed. Bedside tables: yes. Hot water/ coffee: coffee not provided every day but there was a kettle (you can ask for coffee). Drinking water: free refills. Staff/ owners: friendly staff.

Wi-Fi: okay for normal use, not good for zoom calls, especially when it rains. Cleaning room: no clean towels for 4 days.

Wow, this hotel was so cozy and nice quality. We’ve stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is located in a really good place according the need of traveling around the Nusa Penida. Nice swimming pool, really good/new quality rooms. AC, boilers and etc., up to you. And the most applauses goes to the receptionist named Dwipa. More friendlier than him - you cannot find. Big thanks to you boy, you made our stay more comfortable, thanks for your help and for your always good mood! C U next time!

It was very clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was very smooth including check in. The room was cleaned everyday. The gardens and pool was lovely. We had a great stay!

The location was a little far from everything but easy scooter rental made the island accessible. The wifi was pretty slow in the rooms and the shower temperature would be hot for 2 seconds then go cold.

Pool area was beautiful. Looking out over the lush greenery was very pleasant. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

You can hear other guests talking and their tvs. The noise in the corridor seating area echoes. Location isn’t great unless you have your own bike.

Loved the quietness, beautiful swimming pool and clean&comfortable rooms. Location is fine as long as you have a motorbike, but it is the same everywhere on the island. Staff was very friendly.

Only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the quality of breakfast which is quite expensive for what you get.
