The free breakfast had so many choices - you could have more asian style or more western style. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful and delicious. There was live music and the band was very good. They took requests. Pool was small but cool that some rooms could walk straight out into the pool. Very relaxing. Room was PERFECT. Had a cute balcony, AC was strong, and the space was so clean. Bathroom was beautiful and I loved the setup. Bathroom is not air conditioned so FYI. If you're getting your scuba cert, this place is super convenient because all the scuba things are on-site.

You could hear the kitchen cleaning up pretty late at night (~11pm). The road is quite loud too.

Location is a less than 10 minute drive from the Port. The atmosphere of this place was fantastic with love music played at night. Room was clean with nice amenities, including insect repellent which was extremely handy Delicious cocktails

Hotel right by the beach - you can hear the waves from your room. Restaurant is good with live music.

The hotel is next to the road so you can hear cars but at night there isn't much movement.

We booked the delux double room with balcony and sea view and had an wonderful relaxing experince. You had wainting in the room a welcome care package that includes an anti mosquite spray and other toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the room specious. You could hear the ocean...amazing! Free water refils at the property. They can help you rent a scooter for the day if you want to explore the island. There are options to chose from where to stay at the beach. They have spaces to have good food and drinks near the ocean. Delicious signature cocktails. The brekafast was very tasty and you get to choose what you want. Also , the dive shop at the property has some fun ocean experiences that you can try. We did the discover scuba diving , I do recommend the experince of seing the ocean like a live documentary.

Good location on beach front just 10 mins drive from ferry port. Room very comfortable and opened directly onto small outside terrace and the lovely pool with views over restaurant area and beach. Good air-con Restaurant offered good breakfast and plenty choice for dinner. Staff organised snorkelling trip for us that left direct from resort beach - visited 2 snorkelling sites and swam with manta rays and turtles. Awesome.

Back of property directly onto busy road so rooms were bit noisy from the mopeds. This would be the same for all the beachfront accommodations in this part of Penida. To be honest earplugs meant I still slept soundly!

Comfy bed, working TV and internet, the pool right outside with a view of very great musicians singing (and my partner and I have good taste:). AMAZING fan on the wall and working aircon. We stayed because I did my PADI course at the resort and it was very convenient to stay there. They encourage people to review each time they stay and write down their username on Booking.com or Google - which I found a little bit offputting (but you get a t-shirt or a bag). Overall we did love our stay and the choice of music (different every night) - would be good if they addressed the sewerage problem.

They had a sewerage problem. Our bungalow was away from the walkway near the wall on the bottom floor. During the three nights, we would wake up or go to bed with the almost unbearable stench of a sewer. I think the owner was working on getting this fixed but this definitely made a pleasant stay unpleasant at times. We would stay again if it wasn't for the smell. We also didn't rate the food - there were better places to eat on the island. We had dinner there only for a night. I asked for a GF free meal but what came was certainly NOT GF. They did apologise and didn't charge us for the item I couldn't eat. The cocktails were good but very weak :)

Stayed at Mambo beach resort for 2 nights, was impressed with their excellent service and hospitality. Cleanliness exceeded expectations as well. Place is really new, pretty and well designed. The beachfront view is amazing. This is certainly a resort worth staying at if you are looking for a good getaway or holiday. The place offers convenient diving/snorkelling activities as well as a cafe with delicious and extensive menu. Good job to the staff here, hope they continue providing this top level of service to their future guests. Thanks!

I liked everything! The room and bed were really comfortable. The food was amazing, coconut shakes were wonderful and the breakfast served daily was delicious, got me addicted to Nasi Goreng 😋. Staff really friendly and helpful, a few staff members went above and beyond Icha, Putu Diana and another Putu. Many good memories and will definitely come back with more time to do the diving training. Live music was the cherry on the the cake.

I really enjoyed my stay right by the beach, so for those looking for a nice place right by the beach, this might be it! it is a nice combination of chique and backpackers, offers everything you need, including a fantastic team that will bring you to all the great spots for snorkeling and diving. you can book fantastic massages right to your room, really enjoyed that too.

I didn’t understand why breakfast needed to be ordered every night for the next day, the choice wasn’t that good, but ok.
