We really enjoyed our stay! Beautifully designed suits facing a breathtaking panorma o ean view! The hotel staff are exceptional and go beyond their way to make your stay comfortable. Only one feedback would be to allow the guests use the infinity pool longer than 7:00 pm :) Nothing to complain really! We recommend and hope to be back one day!

We stayed in the Royal villa and couldn’t fault our experience. Having explored the island and seen some of the other hotels, we were so happy with our choice. You’re unlikely to get a hotel of this quality in any other areas. The island is quite spread out so there’s only a few places where you can actually walk to restaurants and you certainly wouldn’t get these incredible views. It was so easy to grab a shuttle to reception and we were always able to grab a taxi through the hotel at a good price. The staff were incredible and so accomodating and helpful. If we ever come back to Nusa Penida, we will definitely be staying in this villa again.

Great facilities; spa, restaurant and pool area. Very comfortable rooms and stunning decor.

Not close to anything felt a bit stuck. Food and drinks were expensive. Was a steep climb from the restaurant/pool area back to the room. They charge a fee to deliver room service

*Staff*: people were very friendly, helpful and generally nice to be around! It's not just management - everyone made us feel like we are among friends! (Artha was the manager that oversaw our stay and was very helpful and friendly) *Room*: looks amazing (the decor was lovely), was spotless, the view was incredible and the amenities were great (great bathroom consumables!) *Pool area*: infinity-style, and the fact it is built on a cliff creates an even better illusion of connection with the ocean than other pools. The fact it has a direct view to Bali and mount Batur is making it even more incredible! *Spa*: we had the best massages of our lives here! And the entire process of the spa reception and info sheet we fill in is very professional! *Food*: we always eat as local or regional as possible, and the food we tried here was very tasty and good looking *Position*: we saw that there are reviews on booking.com stating the cliff positioning (and the required climbing that comes with it) as a disadvantage. We disagree, as we believe this creates the opportunity for some much required, healthy movement. And, as stated before, the positioning creates many advantages related to views and quietness!

- Excellent location with a great Sea view. - Nice Sea facing infinity pool. - Friendly and accommodating staff. - Decent Spa Services - 20 mins drive from harbour. - Good Sea facing restaurant (located next to pool)

- Poor approach to property with about 10-12mins of broken road. - Limited parking space. - Nothing the property can do about it but be prepared to be woken up early morning by the call to prayer. Not fun.

Tucked away on the cliffs of Nusa Penida, Pramana Natura feels like a peaceful escape in the middle of untouched nature. The sunsets from the rooms are unreal, and the infinity pool blends perfectly with the wild beauty around you. The restaurant has great food, and the staff makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, soak in the views, and truly connect with nature.

The only downside is the island’s poor infrastructure – the access road to the hotel and the nearby port are difficult to navigate. However, there’s a certain charm in that challenge, adding to the adventure and making the experience even more unique.

The location is splendid. I really liked the interior design of the rooms and the view from the terrace. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant during our stay, and if you stay at the pool villa, I’d recommend taking the floating breakfast. The spa facilities are also very nice I would definitely recommend this hotel

Room was very clean and nicely decorated, bed was big and comfortable, amazing view of the Bali volcano, the sea and the surrounding islands, personal is meticulously doing their work and is dedicated to the customer 24h a day. Nice spa and tasty food.

Some stains in the bathtub as well as on the pillows in the relax area on the balcony. One poorly mounted light switch next to the bed (buttons were falling off and had to put them several times manually back). Renovation work during our stay - houses getting new hay roofs (extremely minimal noise disturbance) & restaurant being rebuilt (resulting in one small restaurant only available by the pool only but covered by free of extra charge room service and free of charge contents of the minibar & fruits). No wardrobe in the room. No entertainment in the complex - great for relaxation but can get monotonous after a couple of days.

We loved this stay, the rooms were lovely and the view was incredible - seeing Mount Agung every morning did not get old. The staff were so kind to us and were always helpful. It had a feeling of being in nature which we really appreciated. The hotel spa was excellent too. We mainly stayed and relaxed at the hotel which was easy to do for 4 nights; the hotel did offer many day trips. Some of the snorkelling around Nusa Penida is incredible: we saw unique fish, manta rays, turtles and dolphins.

Not on the property at all but just worth noting getting to the hotel can be challenging so just be prepared. We didn't mind, it added to the vibe of the place.

Amazing is not enough to describe our stay at Pramana Nusa Penida. From the begining until the end, everything was perfect. Many thanks to Artha for welcoming us in paradise and his great attention! The room facing the ocean is absolutely stunning, need super comptable and the bathroom facing the sea is something else! Pramana Nusa Penida is ideally located, 15min scooter ride to the center, the Road is a bit bumpy but feasible if you are user to riding scooters. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins playing from the infinity pool. A moment we will remember forever. The breakfast was okay but not exceptional . All the staff was so nice and contributed to make our stay perfect. Many thank me to the pool bar, breakfast, réception, spa, guest relations. Our Pramana journey will continue in Ubud with the Sankara Suites, we are very much looking forward to it. The level is high!
