I really loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer! The room was really big and had everything you need, the view from the terrace was amazing. I also liked that complimentary water came in reusable water bottles rather than small plastic ones. Staff were amazingly helpful and you can contact them any time in Whatsapp. They also arranged for a driver to pick me up from Buyuk harbour last minute which was great! The restaurant and pool terrace are great and the view overlooking Bali is absolutely beautiful.

There's no phones in the room to call reception so you have to contact staff via Whatsapp. Sometimes it took a while to get a response.

Brand new, friendly staff, snorkel infrastructure, but for strong swimmers only. Arrange transfer direct from the main port to the hotel via boat. Arrange for snorkel trips through concierge.

Mosque is a bit loud at 4.30am, but that would be the same in any hotel there.

Excellent and very well managed location on Nusa Penida, with direct access from the boat. Superfriendly and helpful service personal, they hel you with everything and resond very quickly to questions. Nice infinity pool with perfect look out to Bali, breakfast, snacks and drinks are all good for an island like this.

Due to the mosque in the small town close by you have to much noise in the night. The praying starts at sunrise (4.30am) with loudspeakers (!!) and ends around 10 pm, 5 times a day - its probably nothing the hotel can change, but definitely it needs to be mentioned in the description. Speed on delivery of kitchen service should be improved, probably they need to add 1-2 people in the kitchen.

The view from the room was brilliant, the pool was very nice with beautiful sunsets. The service and the staff are excellent. Good place to relax after the morning tour.

The road leading to the hotel is the worst thing about the hotel, making it difficult to access and also making transportation to and from the hotel more expensive. May be a shuttle car service at least to the main road would be nice. The massage service was very good, but the spa is just being opened and doesn't have hot water yet . The room had ants, but when I asked them, they sprayed, and it was fine. Also, there are lots of flies at breakfast time. may be spraying every now and then might get rid of this problem. The hotel has many steps as it is on the hill side.

beautiful views from private balcony of Mount Agung. Clean room, quiet, peaceful, and has its own platoon for small boats to drop off pick up. Staff is always helpful and friendly, even made my breakfast early before my diving pick up at 7am. really appreciated that.

road to get there is very very difficult to drive even on a motorbike, location is far from Toyapakeh harbour, and nothing around the resort. single way out and single way back to the resort is 200k-250k each, so if you don’t drive a motorbike no need to consider, there’s decent cottages on main road if Nusa Penida to choose from if you don’t drive.

Best views in the harbour area. Pool area is very relaxing. Staff are very friendly. Food was great and there was plenty of choice. Rooms are excellent. There is a cut through so you can walk to the harbour in <10 mins.

It is near to a mosque so you do hear the prayer calls from early morning to late night - however it is definitely not a reason not to stay. Service can be a little slow, but staff friendliness makes up for it. Our room was next to a property that lit a few fires and the smoke seeped in.

My husband and I spent three days of our honeymoon at Sea La Vie and had a wonderful stay! When we arrived we were welcomed with honeymoon decorations in our room and a delicious happy honeymoon chocolate dessert. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and we loved the daily breakfast! The views from Sea La Vie are amazing!! It’s a short walk into town where you will find additional restaurants and the option to rent a scooter to explore the island. Overall we had a great experience!!!

There is a mosque close by that does daily chants through a loud speaker starting around 4am so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs are necessary!
