Location was great and with easy access on foot to different restaurants, beach etc. the pool was clean, very nice and not too deep. There was also a kids section at the pool. The check in-check out was very easy, no hassle there.

The hotel does not provide more than two towels per room. Although we were with two kids I had to ask for towels each time they were washed because they would take them and not replace. The room was clean but it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom especially. The guy/girl cleaning the room didn’t even bother to empty the ash tray outside. There was empty shampoo bottle only and never replaced.

Location is excellent. Right across the road from the diving shop I was doing my paso with. Close to the Main Street but nowhere near as busy. Only a 10min walk to the beachfront. Room was basic but comfortable and clean which is all I care about. My room was a “Deluxe Villa” with pool access. Loved it.

Like most places in Bali post covid, it’s a bit rundown but still a great place to stay.

This was second time we were staying in Signature Bali Sanur and it is a really good value stay. The sheets and towels are not the cleanest, but that is Bali. Rooms are spacious, staff is great, nearby there are a lot of options for eating, ... Inner courtyard has comfy chairs and tables which are great for working.

Cleanliness of towels and sheets. Some rooms are not possible to get fully dark for sleeping due to bathroom windows and glass doors.

Not necessarily a big deal (doesn't merit a frownie face :) ), but people considering this hotel need to note that it is 4 levels and there is no lift. Also, the advertising seemed to indicate that there is a restaurant, but it was not operating when we were there - that said there are good places to eat very close.

Value for money is great. Rooms are spacious, like on photos. The towels had stains and some even holes, but unless you are staying in a western hotel chain, that is to be expected on Bali. Bed was clean and comfy. AC was working, fridge was working, safe in the room was big enough for laptops (not always the case). Very nice common area with chairs and tables to work from.

Towels could be cleaner and without big holes. No shower gel or shampoo. Sound isolation is not the best.

The room was so comfortable. Had the most wonderful nights sleep. Amazing room and the beds were to die for for. Very luxurious indeed. Not an authentic Bali stay but just perfect for a couple of nights.

Nothing really. Maybe a little greenery around the pool area but fantastic beds and amazing room are way more important.

The Staff. So kind, so positive. They deserve a bonus 💘💕🫶✨ Also, amazing facilities, incredible value for money. My room was cleaned and replenished so often. I felt very safe and didn’t want to leave.

It’s not anyone fault but location is a bit hectic, very busy intersections. Other guests also could do with putting rubbish in bins more, quite rude to leave all this McDonald’s and Bintang mess and make it everyone else’s problem - NOT THE FAULT OF THE STAFF OR PROPERTY!!

Great location, much cheaper than the big beachfront resorts but close enough to the beach to walk and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Clean, cool room with all the amenities I needed. Lovely staff. Great pool.

Slight smell of sewerage coming from bathroom. Possibly toilet not vented properly. But it was only slight and I closed the bathroom door so I couldn't smell it in the bedroom
