I loved how spacious it was. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The staff was super accommodating. You can also store your luggage if you want to go to Nusa Penida without bringing your heavy bag, even after the check out. We really loved that! Walking distance to Massimo Gelato.

The toilet area smelled bad. We asked someone to clean it but the smell was still there. If I may suggest, I think you need to put that toilet wax ring, cause I think the toilet's not sealed properly. I had the same problem last year with my toilet. But other than that, the place is absolutely perfect.

It is a fantastic hotel for budget conscious travellers. Great food and coffee at the restaurant attached to the hotel on ground floor. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I stay in Sanur.

It's not located in Central Sanur, however it's a cheap( Bluebird) taxi ride to wherever you want to go. I'd recommend downloading the Bluebird app and using it, as taxis arrive quickly when ordered. There is, however, a 30 000 Rp minimum fee if ordered via the app. Still better than standing in the sun waiting for a taxi to go past.

Large room with good facilities. Hot water in the shower! Excellent and friendly staff. Despite being just off a busy street, the pool and seating area was private and peaceful.

Not much sound insulation on the room, so the road was a little loud early in the mornings.

My stay at Townhouse Oak Signature in Bali was amazing! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. While the team’s English wasn’t fluent, their kindness and helpfulness made up for it—they were always eager to assist with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bali!

The rooms are very spacious with a nice seating area and a balcony The bed is super comfortable. Staff very friendly and always helpful. There is a very nice courtyard in the building. The pool invites you to swim. The restaurant in the same building offers great dishes all day long.

It's a shame that little emphasis is placed on the condition of the building or the rooms. Balcony furniture broken (was replaced upon request), plants dried up, glass walls of the shower and fittings completely calcified and partly rusty.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The staff were helpful, our curtains wouldn't close all the way and they sent someone to fix it very quickly. The TV had lots of international channels.

The room was lacking in some ways, for example, only one chair, why not two for a room with a double bed, this would make more sense, maybe a small table to sit at. There was a window open in the bathroom that could not be shut so I needed to leave my bathroom door shut at all times or the aircon would escape. They have three floors and no elevator (not really a problem for me, but worth mentioning for anyone who is concerned about that kind of thing). There is a restaurant, but when we asked to borrow spoons to eat some takeaway we got, they gave us plastic spoons instead, maybe they thought we would steal the spoons? The location wasn't terrible, but is a 10+ minute walk to the beach down narrow alleys that are super dark in the evening.

Location was great and with easy access on foot to different restaurants, beach etc. the pool was clean, very nice and not too deep. There was also a kids section at the pool. The check in-check out was very easy, no hassle there.

The hotel does not provide more than two towels per room. Although we were with two kids I had to ask for towels each time they were washed because they would take them and not replace. The room was clean but it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom especially. The guy/girl cleaning the room didn’t even bother to empty the ash tray outside. There was empty shampoo bottle only and never replaced.
