Fabulous location, down a beautiful bamboo covered entryway just off the main street of Sanur, and the new ICOM centre just a minutes walk away. Gorgeous grounds and very quiet, except for the frogs! The smart TV was great with plenty of English language chanels, you tube as well as streaming chanels. The pool was large, clean and very private. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and delivered daily from an extensive menu which is orderd the evening before, and available up until 11am! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Not the resorts fault, but a neibouring proprty was being renovated and was a bit noisy at times. Otherthan that, all good.

Villas were very comfortable And most had own pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with terrific breakfast included in our package. Resort is well located and close to many restaurants, local shops, beauty spas, and the new Bali Icon shopping centre. The beach and beach path are only a 5 min walk.

We were there in wet season and there are mosquitoes everywhere in Sanur. Coils and spray are available at the resort and beds have mosquito nets which was fantastic. The resort could look more into mosquito zappers etc. in the open dining areas. And pack a set of light long pants/sleeves if you’re worried about bites.

Loved the entry ,staff and Villas ! Never felt so appreciated by every staff member we interacted with from reception, cleaning to motor vehicle staff,and even Gardeners were so friendly . The villa was Balinese style with luxe facilities - we were travelling as an adult family of four and we loved the pool and communal areas surrounding it , had no complaints about our stay . Not to mention the shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk in both directions .

My wife always loves a cup of tea and some English breakfast tea bags and milk in the fridge would be nice , but that's it - great accomodation and so well positioned.

The location was very central and the staff were amazing. We loved having a pool in our villa and enjoyed breakfast in the villa every day. The property is very beautiful with lush tropical gardens. It’s very quiet which was great.

The villa itself was quite dated with wonky floor boards and it smelt quite moldy. The beds were hard and the mosquito nets around the beds gags holes in them. The pool had some broken tiles where tiles were just laid on top of them causing them to be raised up and we cut our feet on them.

Very private and comfortable villa’s. Located ca 100m away from the main road, so very quiet during both day and night. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Sanur is still a relatively quiet/peaceful area of Bali. Lots of nice restaurant options nearby.

Villas are built relatively close to each other, so there’s a limited amount of sunlight coming through the windows. Sanur beach isn’t suitable for swimming, as the water is relatively shallow and there’s only a narrow strip (10-20m) without Seagrass.

What a special place, perhaps our favourite overall accommodation worldwide. Staff are all so kind and helpful. Villas get a customer wooden sign with your last name for the duration of your stay! Our villa (26) was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a front patio and garden/pond and a back private heavenly outdoor shower. Lots of choices for the included breakfast, which was delivered to our villa at our specified time. The pool area was surrounded by lush gardens with flowers. The drive up to reception off the busy road is a bamboo-lined tunnel-lane. The onsite spa was exceptional. Prices for all experiences, drinks and food (even the minibar!) were the same or lower than elsewhere in the neighbourhood.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with two small children and a friend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast served in the villa to make life easier with small children. The location is also great, easily walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel also helped to arrange transportation from airport with car seat and a pool fence for the stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a lovely time in a one bedroom villa with a pool. The resort is great, a very quiet place immersed in nature but with easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff were fantastic, everybody was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and we were very well looked after. Breakfast is served at the villa and you can also order food and drinks during the day/evening using their online app. Travelling with a 7 month old baby, we truly enjoyed being able to have dinner in the villa, although also the restaurant is really nice. Food was delicious. The resort also has a main pool and a spa - highly recommended. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so special!

The accommodation is like an oasis off a fairly busy road, you can’t hear the traffic noise within the complex. The pool area is relaxing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 1 bed villa with pool and it was beautiful.

The private pool was mostly shady throughout the day.

Pavilions is at a great location near the beaches and cafes. It's got a very nice alley leading up to the villas. At night, it looks amazing. The staff working there go way above and beyond to help you with anything. Exceptional service and the rooms are great. Very child-friendly.

We didn't like the breakfast at all and were left disappointed. We always felt hungry and it lacked seasoning and protein. We also felt at times the resort was short-staffed. I assume because it's a chain and they're cutting costs to save money. The people were amazing, but you could see they were busy in the mornings and struggled to clean the rooms in time.
