- Amazing small villa with a private pool, everything was neat and clean. You also have a water dispenser machine in your room (hot & cold), AC is working very well, bathroom is clean and you have hot water 24/24. - Staff was extremely nice and professional. They accepted my last-minute request for a romantic set-up for my wife's birthday. - Breakfast was really good with several options (nasi/bami goreng, continental, bread with grilled cheese,...). Every option comes with fresh fruits and a hot drink. If you book a villa, breakfast will be brought to your room. - Great location in a quiet area near Mangsit Beach & not far from Senggigi supermarkets and cafés.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly from the start and throughout. They were so helpful organising a tour for me and airport transfers. The WhatsApp service to order breakfast and room service was brilliant! And the food is amazing. The room was bright, clean and had exceptional facilities. Fridge and water cooler. I had the villa and the private pool was amazing. They even had a tap to wash sand off your feet. The location is perfect in a lovely village. All the locals were so nice and it was so cute having cows goats and chickens as soon as you walk out the door. And the local children ride their bikes next to you as you walk along the road. It’s an easy walk over the road to the beach. Quinci villas and Verve beach club are great sunset spots. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the call to prayer but it is a Muslim island with over 6000 mosques so you should expect to hear it all over the island. I actually really enjoyed listening and as long as you close your door you won’t hear it in the morning.

We spent one week here and found the rooms pleasant and clean. The aircon works well, the internet is quick enough to stream, the shower has hot water and there is a small fridge. The breakfast is ample and enough choices for us. We also had laundry done for a reasonable price. The beds are quite comfortable. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing, we used it nearly every day! The staff are friendly and will help you however you can. They moved us to another room away from construction noise which was much appreciated. The staff all speak English thankfully as our Bahasa is not so good :)

The rooms perhaps need some maintenance for example the fridges in the 2 rooms we used are leaking inside, the drains in the bathroom don't drain properly, the toilet seat very loose, bathroom door difficult to close. The good outweighs the less good!

Great little place, set back from the beachfront in the local area of Mangsit beach, but you only have to cross the road to get to the beach itself. We couldn’t hear the neighbouring roosters in the morning as we expected to! Property and room was very clean, AC worked well and they provided both bath and pool towels. Beds were very comfy as well and included breakfast was nice with a bit of variety to choose from. They let us stay and hang by the pool for a bit after checkout while we waited for our next ride, which we really appreciated!

A small thing that became a bigger thing… the sliding doors of the bungalows don’t bolt at bottom, and ours had a decent gap at the side. It was quite windy at night and they banged about which was noisy and this let in a few vicious mosquito which I suffered from. Perhaps install a bottom bolt or try and fit them more closely, but if it weren’t for the winds and the temporary power outage causing the AC to cut out and us having to sleep outside the covers, we wouldn’t have noticed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's a small place but well maintained. They supported us with scooter rental and laundry. The room was clean and comfortable. Fridge was an additional bonus. We used the pool plenty too. No water dispenser but water bottles were regularly replenished in the room.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and it was a bit slippery under the shower. It would be perfect to have an additional shelf under the sink for cosmetics. It's worth noting that there is a mosque close by and it will wake you up early in the morning.

To my delight the welcoming staff ushered me into a new Villa with a private swimming pool. Only a few weeks old the room contained all thet you would expect in.a 5 Star hotel. Beautifully designed With a la carte breakfast brought to my private terrace i felt truly indulged and wish I could stay for a longer time. My smart watch registered the best sleep rating for weeks My eighth hotel on this trip tjis was by far the best,most enthusiastic crew and facilities Thououghly recommended for a very generous sized villa.

A little out from the centre ,but good food close by

Lovely and friendly staff who were all from the local village, special call out to Lia, Jakrah, Layla and Dijah all doing a fantastic job. Breakfast was great and served on our terrace. Room was spacious and very clean. Had a laundry service available and hire of mopeds. Next door neighbour, Tony, had a useful good value taxi to the ferry terminal and could be arranged directly.

Distance from nearest beach and to get around you either needed to hire a moped or get a grab taxi. Some places close by to eat on a night time.

Compact 5-cottage property, very neat and well kept. The room size was just right for us (family of 3) and had everything we need. bathroom size perfect w/ hot shower and water pressure was sufficient. Pool was simple but clean, nice to take a dip in after a day's excursion. I also liked that we could arrange airport pick up and transfer w/ the facility. Staff also very nice and helpful, and we made use of their laundry service. Breakfast is OK. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice.

Pillows could be better. They're fluffy when touched but strangely didnt provide even support when slept on.

We came from Gili Air (via a ferry) traveling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We booked a great driver Rajab through the hotel which we used to take us to Lombok and return to the ferry. Lovely driver, with great English. Would use him again. Small bungalows - only 5 in total that have a clean pool. Manicured lawns and gardens. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was included, and it was good, nothing special though. They did our laundry efficiently. It is 60,000 per day to rent scooters. Very affordable stay, compared to other places we have stayed in We loved the restaurant Molly's around the corner, we went for dinner both nights, best-homecooked food, it is right on the main road and very hot (no air con and it was HOT ) but they have a great garden and two singing canaries and loads of local westerns that come to hang. Qunci Villas is across the road, which is a beautiful hotel for cocktails We visited the Lombok Zoo which was 40 mins by car and was worth the drive and would recommend it, as all the animals were so different and right up close to them. It takes in rescues and black market animals. Read the reviews online!

Surrounded by chickens, goats, and a small village off the main road (5 mins walk), the mosque on a Friday night was loud. It was also down a dirt track, it is safe but I wouldn't want to be walking around alone at night. Note, that you have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach / other hotels to hang out in, it is a bit hairy/scary. As it is dark and a main road. They could have had an information/ weclome booklet about what to see and do around the local area. I know the owner is Australian. Not a huge amount to do in the area other than visit the other beach clubs.

Beautiful and nicely decorated villa. It has everything you need and more, even a water dispenser. It is very new and clean too. Good location and nice + responsive staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Actually I tried to extend my stay but it was fully booked.

I think the western breakfast needs some improvement. Pool looked bigger in the pictures but it did the job. However, there was a strong smell of chemicals.
