It's close to the airport and comfortable. Staff were really helpful. They also offered me free coffee in the early morning while waiting for my transfer. Bunks arr assigned on arrival, there's curtain and international plug.

Good enough to nap (I checked in around 8PM and out 3AM), but I wouldn't stay for a longer period. There's only one toilet and three showers for a shared room of +20 people. Seemed like there were lockers available before, with a key card, but not anymore. Getting to the top with all your luggage is not ideal 😅

The reception staff there is very helpful, overall are much better than I expected, I think if it changes the name of hotel to hostel than it can get better marks in general. So please don't worry if you usually stay in hostel.

There's locker build in but seems not work. may be very inconvenient for some people. One of the shower room door cannot lock and only one toilet for the third floor. But as I am not check in or out during peak hours, so still alright. No shuttle service as other travellers review.

Good spot if you are staying for a flight as it is about 10 min drive to terminal 1. Beds are really comfortable and we found the dorm to be very clean. Air con in the room is powerful but the pod beds are a good temperature. For the price you can't grumble.

There is NO airport shuttle as stated on the property ad - I told them they need to change this on booking.com but obviously this hasn't been done as multiple complaints on the reviews... Only one toilet on the dorm level.... very silly as it's about a 40 person dorm.

Stayed in the dorm in a large "capsule" to catch an early flight out of Junda international terminal. Good location only a few minutes' ride by Grab (moto)taxi. There is a good restaurant next door popular with locals. smooth check-in/check-out. Although it was busy with students and families (public holiday), people were very quiet after 9pm so I was able to get a few hours of sleep.

bathroom had only 1 toilet and 3 showers. no grocery stores nearby, so you need to cross a large road intersection with no pedestrian access. few bars on the side other if you fancy some hard to find beer/cocktails (sulthan cafe)

24-hour front desk service, check-in at 23:00 in the evening, and departure at 3 am in the morning. There is always front desk service. It's very quiet at night. It's a good place for connecting flights. The price is mainly cheap.

No towels but that's okay, only 1 toilet for the whole dorm, not so convenient but they had several showers They only have 1 sucket for the double bed to charge stuff but it's also okay I think y can ask for a multi sucket

Cozy place, location,,price,,very quite and good for sleep 👍👍👍 and rest Staff was friendly .

Room need to be more clean and double check after cleaning as dirt still in same place and linen still same ( don't change ) as every time guest chek out need tobe change sheet..toilet need put some toilet paper ( tisu ) and I don't see any towel during my stay .🙈 And no Rubisben in the room can see another guest just put tisu in floor when walk through the room .

My recent stay at My Studio Surabaya was fantastic! The accommodations were comfy and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Plus, the affordability of the stay made it even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Surabaya on a budget!

I like the hotel let us left our things at the counter due lack of space and keeping our things secure. And also prepare us breakfast

As same other comment, Toilet only 2, air-conditioning very strong very cold .I didn't see the quilt. 1F lobby have misqutio, I can't stay too much time here.
