Everything was just beautiful. We loved every bit of it. The staff was exceptional. So friendly and lovely, made us feel special every day. The whole resort is just beautiful and our villa with pool was just amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The mould in reception and spa area really needs to be taken care of. It's a risk of health for staff and guests.

We spent 3 nights and it felt as we were in paradise. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel was built into a wonderful tropical garden with wonderful flowers, plants and trees and everything was extremely well maintained. It felt like being in a “green zen oasis” We had an ocean front villa with private pool and this villa was wonderful with a lot of privacy, very well and charmingly decorated and surrounded by wonderful trees and flowers. The food in the restaurant was excellent and always freshly prepared. We enjoyed the spa (best massage in Bali) and an afternoon trip to explore the rice field with hotel guidance and bikes, which were brand new MTB! All in all it was a paradisiac stay ! Thank you very much for this experience!

i loved the overall ambience & feel of the property!! the staff are beyond amazing and the villas feel luxurious & private. We loved the pool, the beds, the housekeeping and the spa!!

The food of the restaurant is not good enough to be the only option for the full stay. the stafff & service is amazing, but the food is a tad bit overpriced and we were not allowed to order from other places on eg. gojek or grab.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! The staff were so friendly! I travelled by myself but felt so welcomed and safe in the resort because of the staff's hospitality. The food in the restaurant was incredible! Really enjoyed it and the included breakfast was also lovely. There are a few options to choose from so that's great :) I also really enjoyed the pool area. I was there by myself most of the days so got to enjoy the pool and sun bed's fully!

Something to note is that the location of the resort it quite far away from everything. It's perfect if you want to get away from civilisation for a bit, but if you want to go into town during the day you'll have to keep that daily travel time in mind. Grab (Uber in Bali) is hard to get at the resort because it is further out. Also keep in mind that there are Gekos in the villa's because of the high ceilings and humid weather. It's not like a modern hotel room where they won't be able to get in.

The staff is very friendly that was a big plus. The bungalow is nice decorated, very comfortable and the size not too big or too small. The private pool is really private and spacious with a good terrace. Nice bath inside for 2. Safe also nice big for laptop.

The mattress was not boxspring style or with a topper on top. For our taste a bit too hard (or not thick enough) and not long enough for European standards. Water in the shower was not running through in the sewer and the big showerhead inside and outside was not working (only hand shower). The road to the hotel is not finished so the last part of your taxi ride is bumpy.

This really Wonderfull experience in this villa. it like hidden place that out of your expectation. staff really warm welcome and still assist you at the middle of night.

i saw frog in my room. Overall i dont have any didn't like in this villa. im really relax in this place. Hope the can provide halal food in futures.

From the smiling welcome every morning, to the careful attention to our vegan dietary requirements the WakaGangga staff did everything to make our Christmas break (20-27 December) feel tailored and memorable. Beautifully maintained rooms, facilities and surroundings cleaned regularly throughout the day. Incredible and reasonably-priced options with lots of variety at their in-house restaurant meant we did not get bored once. Highly recommend the vegetarian Nasi Goreng for breakfast! The free shuttle to nearby landmarks was a real bonus since the location is quite a distance from anything else. There are a few bars and restaurants down the beach worth checking out too! The Christmas Dinner with live gamelan music was such a highlight for us and so thoughtful considering Christmas isn't really celebrated on the island. Absolute bliss from start to finish, even with the biblical rain on a few occasions. Thank you to the whole team, we genuinely didn't want to leave!

Possibly not in the remit of the hotel but the surrounding beach is in a bit of a sorry state in terms of litter / cleanliness. You definitely wouldn't want to come here for a beach holiday. Still, hearing the waves crashing adds to serene atmosphere along with the sounds of the other local wildlife. Wouldn't give up the location for anything!

We chose the resort because it was close to a wedding we were attending and woah what a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, the villa was so comfortable, clean. We had a 1 bedroom pool villa with ocean view, granted the view is very distant but the villa itself was very spacious and so comfortable. Water temperature and pressure in the shower and bath were both top notch and because we were celebrating, they even went above and beyond and created a I love you in the bathtub with rose petals which was so so sweet. We also got 30 mins complimentary massage too! The spa was not the best but reasonable for the price. The breakfast was so so yum. Shocked at how delicious the food was despite only having one kitchen, we were very impressed with food standard. Highly recommend!

There wasn't much that we didn't like actually.

It's a beautiful place in a remote area so it is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind and I loved that the room was cleaned everyday. All of my requests have been addressed in no time and with kindness. The transfer to Canggu is also convenient and I used it multiple times. The rooms are very spacious and villas are extremely private so you will not even know there are other guests. The spa offers variety of treatments. I would highly recommend staying in WakaGangga to everyone.

The equipmemt in the gym could be improved and I would appreciate if the room was more spacious - the gym was one of the criteria that played a big role when I decided which accommodation in Bali to book but I ended up using the gym just once because there was barely any functional equipment there. The location of the resort can be both an advantage and disadvantage. I was travelling around the island a lot and every company charged me extra because the resort is located too far for most tour operators. For short or one way trips i recommed using Gojek app. However those are still minor deficiencies which did not impact my great experience in WakaGangga.

Beach is okay, we weren't able to swim as the waves are big and water current is strong but it still gives us a perfect view while having a very well prepared and healthy breakfast. The room, what more I can say, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel restaurants has never disappointed us, the food is so good, healthy and yummy, it gives me excitement what to order on our next meal. We would go back definitely.

Just the trashes nearby the beach or coastal areas.Hope it will be cleaned and maintain well. Nothing else we see that we didn't like. We were actually amazed by the hospitality of all the staffs.
