breakfast was great, about six or seven choices mainly Indonesian dishes which were delicious.We were a family of 7 travelling with our daughter son in law my brother and grandkids .The location is fantastic a little off the grid but the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.Dinner had about seven or eight choices including rice noodles local lobster prawns and fish which we dined on each night.The staff were fantastic from our car driver from the ferry to the waiting staff always a smile on their face

Thought there could have been a couple of western dishes for breakfast and dinner but overall we had a fantastic experience The rooms are not serviced daily normally every second day but if you require water toilet paper or towels you only had to ask and it was supplied

Reasonably priced with a decent variety in breakfast. The restaurant menu has some good variety of seafoods. They are all fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and quick to respond on WhatsApp. The resort is away from the touristy Bintan Resorts in the north, so there is very little crowd. We walked up north about 500 m and had the beach completely to ourselves. If you walk South along the road for about 1 km, there is a small village and a shop where you can get basic essentials in case you need. The taxi ride both during the day and night was amazing. Hardly any traffic.

An awesome place for a weekend getaway ! Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very good rooms with all the basic amenities. Nice beachside seating for the restaurant. Availability of activities like cycling, ATV, Pool, Volleyball etc make it a perfect place for fun with family and friends. A highly recommended place for your Bintan vacation ! Special mention to Mr Romi for being so accommodating around checkin and checkout timings and everything else.

May be there could be some more food options and there should be some cocktails in the bar, as its a beach side resort.

The private beach is great. The service crew and staff definitely went the extra mile during our stay. My husband dropped his phone in the land transfer car, after we had checked out and have already reached the ferry terminal. Called the hotel reception and they managed to contact the driver and he had the phone delivered back to us. A very big thank you and grateful for this!

Hardware of details like door knobs and hinges needs repair, aircon leaks, ants and killed a cockroach in the middle of the night, breakfast can be more children-friendly

It was a beautiful spot to break your routine life. Not a lot of people. It had a clean and amazing sights. Friendly staffs and very accommodative. Check in was smooth, you can ask for any request and staffs help to fulfill it. We had a city tour organized by the resort. It was good. This was a best vacation with my family. We had party for new year celebration with barbeque dinner. It has singing , dancing and karaoke 🎤 . We enjoyed the night 🌃 Wonderful experience!

There were people smoking sometimes at the restaurant, it's ok but I see kids and babies around. I'm aware they are not intentional but hope it changes some day. No other cons. This place and people are wonderful.

The private beach and shoreline is great. The water is open, clear, about 1.0-2.0 meter deep and the shoreline is long and flat, which is very safe for swimming and canoeing. You may like to watch the fish, crabs and coral and play canoe, which is free of charge.

The door of the room. You may not want to keep it open as flies and mosquitoes may join in you for the whole night. However the door cannot be closed easily unless you use the key to lock it from inside or outside. This part can be improved. Secondly, just keep an eye on the 'sea mosquitoes' at the beach side, they are tiny flies but they do love your blood. Repellant does help here.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

The location is a bit far from other attractions on the island, but the hotel was able to arrange for a driver for my friends and I for the day so we could enjoy other sights.

Limited food option but the food was tasty and price was a lot cheaper than what you would pay at a top resort in Bintan. Beach is nice. Overall I feel it's a budget quick getaway option for those who like to spend less on rooms.

Room was smaller, but can't complain as that's what I paid for. Wish they had bigger rooms as it'd be helpful if we wish to just spend time in the room in case of rain.

The property is clean, the breakfast is ok. not many options to choose but its ok. The food is good. There is no egg serve on the breakfast station you have to ask for it and they will made one for you. The staff are very friendly. This is our second time visit and some facility are definitely improved. Its a perfect gate for family with kids as they have small kiddie pool if you don't want your kids under the beach for too long,

Beware of agas. Its a tiny black insect smaller than mosquitos that will bite without you notice and leave your skin super itchy all day long and possibility ruined your vacation. They have mosquitos repellent cream in a room that you can use before you are go down to the beach. But how do we know? we never heard this insect before. I wish they informed us earlier when we check in or at least leave a note in a room to beware of agas. Me and husband had to run to pharmacy (drive 45 minutes) to get the medicine because it was itchy so bad :(

The staff are super attentive and friendly. Do not expect a western-type resort - we really enjoyed the experience!. There is an outdoor gym and complementary kayak although you cannot go far. There isn't a lot to do, it is the perfect spot to chill and enjoy a totally empty beach and a coconut. Very chilled vibe.

The rooms/cabins are a decent size and do the job but they are not particularly cosy. It was quite noisy already in the early mornings. The breakfast isn't the best but you can get food from the restaurant whenever you want so it is not a big deal.
