This hotel is absolutely beautiful, such a lovely mix of Balinese culture and modern style. It felt very luxurious, the rooms are so spacious with everything you need and pristine, staff constantly cleaning. I loved the huge bath and the balcony view was stunning. The pool area was so nice and peaceful and plenty of Sun loungers and loved the music playing. The bar area was great for some shade and the cocktails were so good! Really recommend the frozen daiquiris. The restaurant was also superb- ate in it multiple times and was always great and it had live music at night. The included breakfast is fantastic also, and you can even make it a floating breakfast which was a great experience! What is best about this hotel is the people - the staff are exceptional and can’t do enough for you. The loveliest people I’ve ever met, always welcoming you good morning and making sure your stay is okay. A special mention to Jodi and Puspa on reception, who were so helpful and smiley and then Yulia at the bar area who did our floating breakfast and Jodi who gave us a private tour of ubud which was amazing to have local insight and learn about Bali. The staff also speak great English which made everything so easy. The hotel is in a great area - 10 mins outside ubud centre so it’s a nicer quiet area as the centre is loud. The hotel has a shuttle to and from the centre multiple times a day which was great but the hotel can also organise taxis for you easily. We also used the hotel to book a private tour and ATV tour and they made it so easy. 10/10 hotel and I will definitely be back.

All the staffs were always with a big smile in their faces and ready to help. The hotel is brand new and the pool area is something else, one of the best I have ever been. I went in my honey moon and they left a cute message in our mirror and a bed decoration. The hotel has a good restaurant and the breakfast is very good. We did a Indonesian massage for a couple at the hotel’s SPA and a yoga class with an Balinese Experienced Instructor at the hotel’s rooftop with the sunset view. It was such an rich experience! I highly recommend this hotel and when I return to Ubud, I will definitely stay there again.

There is a construction in progress near the hotel and I could hear some noise at the morning. But the hotel is so nice that it didn’t get in the way!

This was our final stay after long 3 weeks in South East Asia, and we are glad we chose Adiwana. The staff are simply amazing, from check-in to check-out, they were ever so friendly, polite, hospitable and highly professional. There were a few staff members we interacted with during our stay, all were amazing, just to name a few, Puspa and Sibi were great! The pool villa we got was perfect, private, cosy, amongst the wild it was all contemporary. The pool was amazing, the complimentary mini bar, top notch. We will happily stay here again!

Big one for both of us, was the a la carte breakfast menu, unfortunately we are all too used to a buffet setup so having to chose froma very compact menu was rather a negative. Although food was good, we would prefer a buffet setup. Also the lack of AC in none of the other areas outside of room was a bit of a shock, it does get very hot sometimes. Finally, the inactive under construction spa / gym facility during our stay was unfortunate, but will be great once finished.

Service at Adiwana Suweta was impeccable - the staff made sure that we felt comfortable throughout the whole process, including check in, check out, arranging for activities, etc. The room was comfortable and very clean with no insects at all although it was so close to nature. The mini bar was well stocked. The restaurant also had diverse selection and we ended up eating most of our meals here. Spa was very good too. Although there was construction of the spa, it did not affect our stay at all and we did not even realise it was ongoing. There were a lot of activities available in the hotel, which we probably have to come back to finish them all. Special shout out to: Yudian Dea Ida Ari Putra And the three staff who celebrated my birthday!

They provide bottled spring water instead of plastic mineral bottle. Minor inconvenience, as there is a mini mart across the road if you want to get a bottle you could take out with you when exploring Ubud area.

Me and my partner traveled to Bali for our Honeymoon. Adiwana Suweta was the best hotel we've been so far. The location is amazing and so peaceful. The best highlight of our stay in this hotel were staff, we never saw anyone being so friendly, happy and smily. Spending 2 weeks there made me feel like gaining a new family hehe. Me and my partner were sleeping till late some days and the team were happy to prove cleaning even at late times. Food is something else, it was soooo dlicicious. We can't wait to go back, this hotel will definitely be out favourite in Bali. Thank you Adiwana!!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I was in a private villa and it was so serene and quiet, so beautiful and clean. This was my favourite place i stayed in Bali and i would definately stay here again when i come back to Ubud. The staff treated me so well and was offered a complimentary photography session which was a nice surprise to me. You get 1 complimentary digital photo but the photographer did such a good job that I bought 20 photos. I liked the location as well and to get a grab to city centre was pretty cheap each time, about $3-4 cad.

The only thing I would advise on is that the private pool in a private villa is not heated. Only the common pool is heated. So my pool in my villa was a little too cold for my liking.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! They all made me feel like home. The staff always knew my name and the called me with it so made it even more special. The place is fantastic, with amazing view, the pool is perfect and the garden was very well maintained. Beautiful place I will definitely be back next time.

The only thing I did not like, you should made more clear that in the price, taxes is not included. It’s ok but at the end makes a difference. Breakfast was very tasty but could have more choices of fruits. Also one suggestion; the restaurant was just perfect the service but maybe on the menu I would put more Indonesian options which were missing. I would have eaten more in the hotel if there were!

The breakfast and afternoon tea sets that came along with our room reservation were a daily treat for us! The portions are generous and always presented with a lot of thought and care into the food and drinks. The staff were wonderful in their service, especially at the restaurants, often going out of their way to help provide colouring pages for our little boy to draw and enjoy at mealtimes with us.

The shuttle bus service arrangements could be better, they only run once an hour, and it seems you must ensure you have booked both to and fro timings otherwise a bus may or may not come for you. Our family (and another family) waited 30-45mins at the main crowded Ubud Center for our return bus ride back but it never came, and we had to arrange our own Grab back to the hotel.

We stayed at adiwana suweta Ubud for 4 nights. It was a lovely stay the whole time. The staff is more than helpful and even knows who you are at all times which gives it an extra personal touch. They will also help you with everything you need. The rooms are beautiful and my personal highlight was the balkony with the view over the colourful gardens and a bit of jungle. The rooms have big bath tubs where you can relax after a day out in Ubud. Also a nice touch was the free mini bar where you can get multiple Softdrinks, tea and coffee in your room. The brakes fast is also a highlight since you get to order a big variety of different things a la carte including freshly made smoothies and juices every morning. The location is about 5 minutes drive from the city center, and the hotel has a free shuttle. We rented a scooter which was also completely and easily organized by the staff. All in all one of the best hotels with an extraordinary service we’ve stayed in so far. Definitely would recommend to stay here and also come back here again.

There is not really anything that we didn’t like, it was all in all a very positive experience

We stayed at the private pool villa which was amazing and really beautiful. The service was however unparalleled in every way. We had the option to have a floating breakfast everyday without additional charge. The minibar was complimentary and was restocked everyday. When I was feeling a little ill the staff surprised me with a flower bath. The staff was probably the best thing about this hotel as they were there for us 24/7, whatever we needed!

There was construction work happening at the hotel, a new villa, and also next to the hotel, so it was a bit hard to relax at times. We should have been notified about it when booking the hotel. However, the staff were great and even switched us to a room further away from construction.
