Nice location away from the noise of Ubud City center in the middle of the nature makes it a very special and unique place to stay. Breakfast and food in general is really tasty. Staff very nice and helpful. Amazing infinity pool.

The room I was staying in was not well isolated and I could hear everybody’s talking outside during the day, at night but also early in the morning and so I couldn’t sleep properly.

Aditya was our tour guide for 3 days. He was very professional, flexible, respectful for the entire time. Definitely, there are lots of good things we like about the property but I believe this was the best.

A la carte breakfast. After buffet breakfasts in other hotels, this one seemed very small. Everything is delicious, but limited. Beautiful location in the jungle, very spacious area, beautiful garden, quiet and peaceful.

Bigger breakfast.

The staff really friendly tries to give you an amazing experience. They are very attentive, and do not not mind to do a little extra for you, which gives a super feeling. The hotel is located a little out side Ubud, between the rice fields, outside the hectic of the city. The hotel has there own shuttle service to bring you to the center. The rooms have good atmosphere, are clean and comfortable, the beds are good, and bathroom is good (floor is slippery) We enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant very much.

Be aware that services that the hotel offers are overpriced. The pools are not heated. that was a little disappointing, because the water was to cold to enjoy the pool. A point of attention is that the floor in the bathroom is extremely slippery when wet.

The property was vast, lush and well laid out. A lot of bird sounds. The villa with private pool was wonderful, keeping in mind it’s not a lap pool. My husband had to work some so sat out on the lovely deck at the table and chairs provided under cover poolside. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was huge. Great shower. We ate at the restaurant a lot. Both food and service were excellent. No complaints. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good fitness center. It was very large, a lot of machines, mats and free weights. Could’ve used stability and medicine balls as there was ample room.

We were a little far from the part of Ubud we would’ve preferred to see but not much to not like about the property.

This was such a beautiful and calm environment. The staff were lovely. The rooms were amazing and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was very big and overall well equipped. Room cleaning was done twice a day which was convenient. Many villas have their own pools so we found that the main + infinity pools were always very quiet. The hotel had gym facilities that I felt had a selection of equipment and machines. Breakfast wasn’t an open buffet, but they provided a lot of food so you leave satisfied (fruit, juice, tea, pastry + main).

Given the location, naturally it did have a lot of bugs, insects, frogs and geckos.

great location in the forest, views were spectacular. pools were amazing. felt private. turn down service and daily cleaning. shuttle bus into town was great. staff were very friendly. breakfast was very good.

I would say some parts were a little bit tired. they appear to be investing in upgrade works but our bathroom had darkened grout and build up of limescale on grout/shower. the sun lounges could be refreshed. our bath was built in to the floor and tiled so not very comfortable.

I was wanting to stay at Wapa di Ume for a few years and had high expectations. In short: we had a perfect stay, and loved everything. This place has it all: jungle feeling, rice paddie view ("view" is an understatement here). The bathroom is straight from your dreams, the bed was extra comfortable and the rooms are designed with a love for details. Water comes in glass bottles - no plastic used! We spent way more time in the room than planned (free room service for the restaurant ;) ) Don't worry about the location - it's a bit outside of Ubud but Wapa offers a free shuttle regularly, so we had zero problems getting in and out of Ubud town. my tipp would be to get the a "Lanai Terrace" Room and ask for one of the rice paddie view rooms - you will fall asleep to the soothing sound of frogs in the fields (I was expecting to be bothered by them honestly, but it was the opposite) and you'll still be able to enjoy jungle vibes at the infinity pool. thank you to the staff who made our stay unforgettable! :)

we had a few extra things included in our stay, but we didn't remember them and the staff didn't remind us either so we missed our "freebies".

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all the staff was all incredibly professional, nice and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the room amazing and very comfortable. Great breakfast, great restaurant for dinner, great spa, great wi-fi signal. I’ve stayed for 5 nights and this become one of my favorite hotels ever. it’s close to the city center but far enough to enjoy the calm and beautiful views of rice fields . I’ve also used their service for transfer from the airport and then to another location in Bali and it went very well.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.

dreamy holiday ! we had amazing time at 1 bedroom villa with private pool, definitely worth of money! clean, beautiful Bohoo style vila. pool was cold but stunning. staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. When we got lazy we could order food and juices or drinks to our room. public pool was also very nice with beautiful view over jungle breakfast had beautiful views, delicious food

overpriced SPA, was nice experience but prices as Dubai. Credit to the room was funny, compare to price we had to pay for our honeymoon package. they should reduce prices. but recommended couple bath and massage !
