Loved our stay here, the location is fantastic - central but once you reach the accommodation it’s quiet and all you can hear (especially at night) was the frogs and crickets, it’s magical. We stayed one week, room got cleaned every two days. Staff was friendly and also there was 1x free water jug per day. The view was great overlooking the green field with ducks etc. would definitely come again! I liked the fruit plate for breakfast

The breakfast was a different sweet banana option every day (pancake, French toast, toastie). While it was yummy we wished for a savory option especially after being there for a week.

greeeeaat location - right smack in Ubud Centre but secluded enough from the main roads. it's part of a cluster of other homestays on the same property, and there are little boutiques and cafes just a minute's stroll away. waking up to birdsong & sunshine on the fields is what makes this place so special. there's the friendliest cat that belongs to the owner of Kun Kun Homestay - she gives the best snuggles (if you're lucky) you'll occassionally see dogs rolling around on the grass or children flying their kites. monkeys on rooftops too but that's a rare occasion. the staff here are friendly and accomodating (also surprisingly young), they checked in every morning to ask if I wanted breakfast or needed anything. breakfast was healthy and generous + as a female solo-traveller, I felt really safe in this area :) there's a lovely cafe called Kafe (not even making this up) just across the road from the homestay. great coffee, even greater banana bread. everywhere else is just a stroll away, which leads me to mention that this is a great area for walking if that's your thing.

wifi was pretty spotty so I had to pop down to cafes to take my calls/ work which wasn't ideal because of the noise & distractions (although most distractions in Ubud are quite welcome). wasn't a huge fan of the white hue lightbulbs or the lime green curtains; but otherwise the room was cozy. could've been cleaner but this is easily solved by asking the staff to do a deep clean of the room. also it would have been exceptional if they offered a laundry service as opposed to having to find a laundromat (I think the closest one is a 5-minute scooter ride away)

Honestly, everything about this place was wonderful. The staff were so friendly, and bring you your breakfast to your balcony every morning (delicious)! We stayed 2 weeks and every few days we were asked if we wanted the bed freshly made and the room cleaned which was very nice. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was incredible, right in the middle of Ubud, but still quiet. We loved staying here, and would definitely recommend to people looking to visit Ubud. Thank you!

I have stayed here several times and have booked further stays in the coming weeks in between trips away. The accommodation is great value for money. It is down an alleyway in a central part of town. It is near lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and is a ten minute walk to Yoga Barn. I keep coming back because it is a very comfortable place to stay and I love the location and sitting on my private terrace looking at the rice fields. The staff are very helpful, friendly, flexible and efficient. When the lightbulb went out in the bathroom it was replaced within a couple of hours and when the key became a bit tricky to turn in the lock a locksmith was called out the next day and sorted the problem.

I enjoyed my stay at Danasari. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony looking out over rice fields. The property is back from the main road so is away from traffic noise. The staff are really friendly and will sort anything out for you. They asked every day if I would like my room cleaned. They provide water, tea and coffee in the room, just need to ask for them to be replenished. For the price this property is great value for money. I stayed in Ubud for 2 months and this is my favourite place by far. The view is so relaxing, lots of birds.

Wi-Fi can be slow.

There was a nice view from the terrace area of our room. It was very peaceful to enjoy breakfast watching the birds with the view. We even saw monkeys on the roof next door one day. It was centrally located and east to get to where we wanted to go.

The overhead fan was noisy due to being broken, but we were able to make an adjustment so it didn’t make noise so it didn’t end up bothering us in the end. We notified the staff and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The location is very accessible to central Ubud. The breakfasts were excellent. The choice of breakfast available changed on a daily basis. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed in a traditional Balinese style All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. " Kadeck" was very helpful to us during our stay. Thank you Kadek.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, central location, tasty and varied breakfast, spacious bedroom and bathroom and great view of rice fields. Tea and coffee provided in room along with kettle. Water is provided daily and refills are available. Staff are easy to find. They are either at the Reception desk or you can ring the bell and a member if staff will arrive within a minute or two. I enjoyed my stay here and have already made further bookings for my future trips to Ubud.

Wi-Fi can be slow.

The hosts are very friendly and kind. The location is great, it's very close to many things in Ubud, close to the lots cafes, restaurants and shops and you can walk to the monkey forest. The room was spacious and I really like having a porch overlooking the fields.

Yummy breakfast which was different every day, although you couldn’t choose it. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. free water jug provided every day. A hot shower and clean towels.

We couldn’t get late checkout but staff were accommodating as much as they could as they said we could leave our bags at reception. There were dirty plates and an old toothbrush in the wardrobe.
