The room was amazing and we loved the space. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the messages were a fantastic experience too. having the spa rooms partly outside meant it was very relaxing hearing all the day nature around us.

The food. We didn’t opt in for the included breakfast because of the reviews, and we are glad we didn’t. We ordered room service the first night and the pizza seemed like it came out of a frozen cardboard box (lacked flavour, freshness, and was somewhat soggy). The breakfast was also not nice. The fruit also wasn’t that fresh. The baked goods (croissant and danishes) were the only highlight of the foods. Furama is beautiful, it is just a shame that the food is not on par with the rest of the wonderful facilities.

The resort is extremely comfortable and the staff ensure you are looked after well. The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool villas are gorgeous

The rooms definitely need some work done. There were tears in the carpet, wood chipped near tbe pool area, lots of ants outside. Minibar and basic amenities like tea, coffee sachets did not get restocked each day. Shuttle service could have more options

We stayed in Lagoon Access Pool Villa for 2 nights during the Day of Silence. So we had to spend the whole day inside. The interior was very nice. The facility's territory is very nice and provides you with enough space for walking. The restaurant is excellent, and not as pricy as you can expect from a hotel venue.

1. The villas have nothing like a working desk, you should probably keep that in mind. 2. The floor inside the shower booth has no slope, so the water is spreading all over the bathroom every time you use a shower. 3. Because of the glass walls you can feel no privacy while using the restroom. All these were minor inconveniences, but all in all the experience was quite good.

Not clear when booking that only some pools were accesible to certain guests.

The resort was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Ubud but only a 20 minute drive to Ubud centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet. We had it to ourselves to relax for the day. The bed was sooo comfy. The place was so clean and spacious rooms The breakfast was as expected. Decent for the amount of people they have to cater to. I had a freshly made omelette every morning, was lovely.

The resort surrounded by beautiful Balinese scenory and have 2 amazing swimming pools with the bar in it! Staff is essentially welcoming and friendly! :) They never denied any of ours requests and always fulfilled any wishes with great respect and kindness! I loved the restaurant with very nice breakfasts and delicious meals! Personal always smiling and happy! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Beds were extra large! Nice view to rice fields from villa! The resort have everything to make anyone’s holidays incredibly enjoyable and comfortable! Thank you Furama! :)

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was also quick. The free shuttle to the main city was also very helpful! Even though the whole resort was wide, we were sure to have a staff around if ever we needed help of anything.

Though the place is very clean, we can see the age of the facilities. Some glasses had cracks, the tiles are discolored. It’s nothing to be worries about though, we still very much enjoyed our stay here.

The room was super spacious and had a very large and comfortable bed/bathtub. Staff was also really hospitable - when we got sick, we called the staff via the hotel phone and they arranged for a doctor to come see us, and then kept checking up on us to see if we needed water or anything. Outside, there is also a leisure area with a darts board/bar and a pool with a basketball hoop. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. Overall, amazing facilities/hotel room, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The location is a little far out of centre of Ubud ie. where the food/main attractions are, but can still be easily reached in around twenty minutes via the free shuttle car provided by the hotel or through grab/gojek (which can be used in the area despite what some signs might say). Besides, the location tradeoff is worth it for the serenity and views from the hotel.
