From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely amazing and always looking to assist in any way to improve our stay. So friendly and so helpful. The villa was very private, and the location a short drive from Ubud central giving a very remote vibes while still being convenient. The restaurant has very tasty food,and the massages were phenomenal.

The bed was very firm and the pillows very soft. Was also very creeky.

We booked 4 villa together, we had a private pool for family gathering and the environment is private for all of us. Staffs are friendly, helpful and able to speak good English.

Hotel is quite a distance from Ubud Town. However we have checked before make the booking, hence no complaints from us. Far from town = less noise/disturbance. In return, peaceful moments for yourself and precious gathering time with family.

However if I had to sum up our stay in one word, I would use the word “Luxurious”. Everything for that experience is provided here, from start to finish. The most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in. My husband and I are very happy. The staff were very helpful and the entire room was very clean and well maintained. Don't worry if you are hungry because this villa has a restaurant where the food is very delicious.

Beautiful quite location in complete serenity, very clean and comfortable bed. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and helpful during our stay. We loved everything about this place and definitely recommended!

The ''4 bedroom'' villa I stayed on the 3rd day of my vacation is just a space with a private pool the same as the 1 bedroom villa nothing special in design, the patio on the back of the pool totally unsafe cause in rainy days you have to step/jump from a higher step to a lower concrete step that is attached on the tile floor if the pool and is really dangerous to slip and hit your head...talking from personal experience, constructed not considering the health and safety of the people whivh will stay there. The 1 bedroom villa i stayed the first 2 nights at govala is much nicer and private but nothing special. In terms of the food be aware of the ''flies'' spices around the premices
