The hotel is located in a beautiful garden near the rice fields. The hotel provides a free transfer to the city center. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast very tasty. We had 2 rooms in the hotel. The children's room was upstairs overlooking the rice fields. It was beautiful, big, clean and there was no problem. Our room was on the ground floor with a view of the pool. The room was really beautiful, but there was a smell during the entire stay - dampness and mustiness. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about the room. I definitely do not recommend this ground floor room. But the room upstairs was perfect.

Got an upgrade to deluxe room with view of rice fields. Room is very spacious, well-planned and clean, with a big balcony facing the rice fields. The view is nice. The pool is quite big and very relaxing. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room charge includes breakfast that is amazingly good. Choose from set menus. Dishes are well-presented and tastety. The resort is quite a distance to the Ubud centre, and they provides free shuttle running between the resort and Ubud centre. That is a plus. Overall, highly recommended.

The location is perfect, just outside the busy center of Ubud, but close enough to be there quickly bij scooter (download grab app). They also provide shuttle service to several points in the center. Rooms are perfect and clean, food is good, staff is friendly, pool is lovely (Ricefield view). They also helped booking the ferry to Lombok.

beautiful scenery and art, great friendly staff. Yudi was very nice and friendly, always with a lovely smile and welcoming greeting. Thank you! Also we had the best massage at the spa of the many we had we both agreed this was the best. The food was delicious I really enjoyed the Soto Ayam infact I keep thinking about how yummy it was and crave more! the pool with swim up bar is beautiful overlooking the rice paddy's you would thing you were far away from civilization but you are infact incredibly close! great location not far from the action and they also provide a free shuttle to Sacred monkey forest and Ubud art market and friendly shuttle driver! Definitely reccomend and will 100% be back here and have already reccomend it to friends.

Extended Review in English: The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, within walking distance of Monkey Forest. The property offers a free shuttle service to two central spots in Ubud, which made getting around easy. Our stay included breakfast and afternoon tea, both quite tasty; while breakfast wasn’t very varied. The grounds of the hotel are just as beautiful as shown in the photos, with well-kept landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere—no nearby construction or noise to disturb our stay. The staff was cheerful and very friendly, always ready to assist, even helping with our luggage. There’s also a convenient laundry service available.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. The pool closed a bit too early, around 7 PM, which limited evening swims. Additionally, the water in the cooler sometimes had a musty smell, though we received glass water bottles daily, which were perfectly fine.

I wanted to be out of town and away from the traffic chaos, but I am in my seventies so I needed transport which the hotel provides, pretty much as and when and where you want it. Lovely people as the drivers too. They couldn’t do enough to take me where I needed to go and to help me with advice. The reception staff were so helpful too, especially Ari. Breakfast was buffet and what a choice as well as eggs any way you wanted, the boeuf stroganoff for instance, was awesome. And the crispy chicken bits

Nothing really. Need more sun shade umbrellas around the pool, but I was lucky, I always got one when I needed one.

The proeperty is really nice for 1-2 days stay maximum as the rooms are quite good and comfortable however, the location is not good at all as the hotel is at the end of 2 alleys which are narrow, small and really scary at night so you need to arrive to the hotel by taxi or scooter in night, otherwise arriving at the hotel at night is not safe. The breakfast was 6/10 altough there are many options however not of a hight quality. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to downtown 4-5 times per day

Amazing staff, made us feel so happy and welcome and we have left with wonderful memories of them. The rice field setting is great too, felt so peaceful and scenic to wake up to every morning. Food great and room too.

Needed darker or blackout curtains, very bright early in mornings.

We were looking for a quiet property with beautiful views but also within a fairly short walk to restaurants and shops etc.. The hotel ticked all of those boxes and more. Rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The early morning sunshine will wake you up, so bring an eye mask if needs be! Loved the buffet breakfast with flexible times, so having a lie-in won't be a problem if you want to take it easy. Very warm and welcoming staff, always happy to help! Thank you for the honeymoon touches. It was very sweet.

There's construction going on next door between 8-5. It wasn't such an issue by the poor and in the restaurant, but you will hear banging from the deluxe rooms. The rooms could do with some hanging racks.

amazing view on the lake and vulcano, very clean, spacious and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, can make a great photo in the swimming pool with a view on the vulcano, can help arranging the hiking to the Batur vulcano to see the sunrise from there

location - a little bit isolated with a very bad road to get to the hotel, so much flies which makes it a little bit difficult to chill outside although it seems to be the problem on the area in general but not the hotel itself, may think how to discourage the flies/protect the guests from them
