The rooms are spaceous, especially bathrooms 😄 The rooms, bathroom and bed was clean Breakfast could be ordered every evening and was delivered to the room/terrace or pool area, whatever you prefer. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was nice (not too big but with sunbeds) Located at the busy road but absolutely no disturbing noises because the entire area is built in the middle of the nature. One of the best things though: staff was super helpful, friendly, attentive and available everytime and every request.

The entrance was a bit hidden (tiny entrance between spa and supermarket, there is a sign at the main road though)

Excellent location in the centre of Ubud, but tucked away in a quite alley in nice surroundings. lots of nature around: can see frogs, butterflies, praying mantis, bats, birds etc.

Some members of staff were too pushy, on the verge of harassment. A particular young member of staff would over step the boundaries and would not leave me alone, passing inappropriate comments. another older member of staff pushed to sell his jewellery rather insistingly

Great location in center which is super busy with traffic, but the hotel is very peaceful as is set back from the road. We loved the traditional style of the room and all the surrounding greenery. Staff were lovely also

The peak experience of my month in Bali would be the time I spent in Ubud and I designated two weeks of my trip to this location renowned for art, self-actualisation, good karma and all things spiritual. My choice of Ubud hotel was therefore of the utmost importance in setting the mood for my Ubud Experience. I spent hours often deep into the night on my Go-To booking site – Booking.com – searching for the most perfect setting and location. I found it at KEBUN INDAH. This exquisite, boutique hideaway of only seven, tiered, villa rooms offered everything that I had dreamed of. As is my practice, I had already developed a pleasant online relationship with the staff at the hotel. This is one of the great things about the Booking.com set-up. There was a quick and caring response from Kebun Indah, reassuring me they had allocated me “my perfect room,” the villa nearest the pool. On arrival, a busy lunchtime, my driver had dropped me on a dusty, noisy road with, as usual, motor bikes roaring past in droves. My outsize suitcase was dragged down a snicket towards the hotel. “Oh dear!” I thought. “This does not look promising!” The snicket opened out into a lovely, floral, openair Reception area of intimate size. I was given a welcome drink, a delicious cocktail of different fruits. I felt myself relaxing and unwinding, definitely feeling more “Om…”. I was greeted by Joss, one of the lovely Receptionists with whom I was to have delightful exchanges during my stay. Soon I was ready for that Special Moment; being shown to my room. I was conducted down through a gorgeous, verdant and floral garden passing beautiful terraced villas on the way. I suppose I dropped down three or four levels and the last terraced villa was…mine! It was utterly, dreamily perfect. It was the only one at that level so lots of privacy. In front of it, a few steps down, was the small L-shaped pool. I looked forward to dawn and starlit dips.

Staff - the staff ( Robot, Jos, Ngurah, Made, Pandi and others) were exceptional in the level care afforded to our family. My <1 year old son felt very comfortable quickly by how friendly they were. This made a huge difference! They also helped us organise our trips right from reception which was a game changer when you are trying to rest AND look after a young kid at the same time. They really above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our stay. Location - Conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, you name it! But hidden away enough so that it’s quiet Small touches - laundry, refilled drinking water in the room, the offer of tea and coffee after coming back from a tiring day exploring!

Our stay at this enchanting villa, nestled amidst a lush oasis of greenery, was truly exceptional. It allowed us to connect deeply with nature, immersing ourselves in the natural surroundings. One of the standout aspects of this villa, it's exquisite traditional architectural design that left us in awe, and the terrace provided a wonderfully cozy haven for relaxation. The breakfast options were not only delicious but also diverse, offering an array of choices. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary afternoon tea. We are truly grateful to the staff members who consistently demonstrated their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Villa is located in a central location, conveniently situated near numerous attractions. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the villa managed to provide a tranquil and private retreat from the bustling traffic, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed us to escape and unwind fully.

The Kebun Indah hotel in Ubud is incredible. It's a secret oasis 150 meters from the main road. It's calm, serene and incredibly beautiful. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and the staff is a major reason for that. Some of the most kind people in Bali work at Kebun Indah. Always near was slow flowing water, a beautiful pool, chirping birds, and complimentary breakfast was provided each morning by their partnering restaurant. We were surrounded by many restaurants, local shops, art markets and health and wellness opportunities. It was nothing short of spectacular. If you want to stay in Ubud, look no further than Kebun Indah.

We both enjoyed the beautiful authentic bungalow room nestled amongst well maintained tropical grounds providing a beautiful tranquil retreat for the guests at the end of each day. The breakfast menu had wonderful chooses and was delivered to the room each morning. All staff were eager to please and would engage in conversation if encouraged but were not pushy. Another highlight was the delicious complimentary afternoon tea on offer each day served on your room's balcony.

We didn't stay longer, next time we stay at Ubud we will definetly factor in another day or two.

Just wow. I think I've travelled halfway around the world and stayed in all sorts of luxury hotels, but this totally exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you more for the absolutely amazing service, helpful and smiling staff who always accommodated our requests (e.g. a new thermos of hot water for the baby every day, scented sticks against mosquitos every night...). They were always very willing to give advice and help with anything that was needed. The accommodation was beautiful, large, clean, Bali style. If we visit Ubud next time, we will 100% choose this accommodation again, even among all the much more luxurious hotels in the area.
