Property is great, great location on a quiet end of Ubud, but very central. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the busiest street with all the good restaurants and shops. Close to a few temples and the Monkey Forest. You can literally just walk anywhere if you not comfortable riding a bike. Room was massive with good shower and all the personal stuff provided. They got their own restaurant and the pool area is very pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also got room service . It’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

Nothing, everything was good. The wifi played up a little bit sometimes but no major concern at all.

I stayed both floor for 4days and upper floor is absolutely better than ground room. The room condition, terrace view, humidity are all better with reasonable cost. All workers are great. They tried to respond all request quickly and correctly in advance. Front desk manager, Drivers, They are so kind for all stay days. I highly recommend to stay here in Ubud. 🩷

Refrigerator is not working at all.. 🥹

We had a great stay. Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed, pool area is lovely, breakfast is good, the hotel has a great transfer service to tourist attractions, but what really made the difference for us was the dedication of the staff in making our perfect stay. Everyone always with a real smile on their face and a genuine willingness to help. This is rare nowadays and transforms the atmosphere of the place.

The hotel should be transparent in its description and inform that the fitness center is not located on the hotel’s premises, but nearby, and an additional fee is required for its use.

Couldn’t fault this hotel. Super clean spacious room with plenty of space to hang clothes and store bags etc. Free bottled water & tea, coffee and fridge to keep drinks cool. Beautiful large bathroom which is all open plan to outside, hot water, powerful shower and free toiletries. Super welcoming friendly staff who cleaned our room and gave fresh towels each day without even asking. Lovely pool with comfy loungers around the edge to chill in the sun. Really good value for money especially as it includes breakfast and the breakfast is really tasty - we loved the banana pancakes !

Only very minor issue is the wifi didn’t really work

The villa is so peaceful. It is tucked away in a little street and so beautiful inside. The pool is so amazing, and you feel like u in a jungle. Our transport found and drop us off very easily, the villa is close to everything up the streets and the bank. The rooms were simple and clean, I found the bed and pillow comfortable, there's AC and always bottled water available. The Wifi works amazing, the TV had Netflix and the staff were super friendly. We were right by the pool and the breakfast and food was simple but delicious.

The portions of breakfast may seem a bit small for some people. Other than that I can't complain it was a perfect ending for ubud.

Roomer service was fast and the food was delicious. The staff were SO nice also!!

I liked everything

The stay was perfect, I stayed for about 5 weeks. The pool area is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and clean. And the staff made me feel like I was at home, they were very friendly and helpful with all of my requests. They even changed the curtains in the room when I mentioned. It is just outside of town, which means it’s very quiet and there are no chickens or roosters making sound, which I was very thankful for, I could get a full night of sleep without a problem. I will be back :-) Thank you!

What I did like most about the property is the total of it. The location is accessible to many activities, markets, and shopping centers. The looks of it are serene and made my stay calm, relax and quiet. The whole staff was exceptional, very accommodating and acted quickly with your needs. Their food on the menu was all delicious.

At the beginning of my stay, my AC unit in my room wasn't working well. However, they were able to fix it after 2 days. They were little flies some days but it's bearable anyway.
