We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely hotel in Ubud. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view—waking up to lush greenery every morning was a real highlight. Although the pool is on the smaller side, it was more than enough for a refreshing dip and a relaxing afternoon. It’s well-kept and adds a great touch to the overall ambiance of the place. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to Ubud’s city centre, we found ourselves close to everything—great restaurants, charming little shops, and plenty of laundry services just around the corner. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. If we come back to this beautiful part of Bali, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place, secluded yet very near from centre ubud. Its about 10-15 minute walk to the main areas.

Cleaning was not superb, they made the room each day but some trash was next to the bin and the bathroom smelled like old water. Not too bad but not great.

The staff was very accommodating to us especially when we request for packed breakfast because we have a very early guided tour. And when we informed them that we will arrived around 2 midnight, they have someone to wait for us.

That breakfast begins at 7am instead of 6am (although a minor inconvenience). I thought our breakfast also to be buffet type though. 😅 Personally, the location is very near Ubud Central but it would take minutes to get there because it's inside a street inside another street. I just did not expect the entry to the villa to be a bit narrow and full of twist and turn.

We love this place, first for the welcome and the kindness of all the team The room was perfect clean, quiet and comfortable We also appreciate the swimming pool and the wonderful garden around the room Special thanks also for the breakfast with a lot of choice and the possibility to have the breakfast on terrace. The Location of the hotel near downtown is also a great advantage

the staff - Wayan and Madee - definitely went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was a lovely experience in all aspects. Breakfast was tasty and substantial, the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and their provision of a driver to take us to nearby places of interest was very responsive and ideal. It had a lovely local family vibe and we were made to feel very welcome, almost one of the family. We would struggle to think of anything negative at all - one of the best 'homestay' hotels that we have stayed in. We would love to return one day.

For the price we paid, it is hard to say how it could have been better. Being really picky, the wardrobe door didn't slide too well.

I can't say a single negative thing. This accommodation offers excellent value for money, with everything available for a pleasant stay. The staff was kind and professional, the food was delicious, and the surroundings were wonderful. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone—this place is a surefire choice.

+ Great location - you are away from the busyness of the centre so it is nice and peaceful, but then only a 5 minute walk away from the start of the main street. + The staff (especially Dinda) are all very welcoming and friendly. They would always say hello as you walk past and check how your day was. Dinda was more than happy to help with providing taxis and any excursions, and all at a great price. + Plenty of options for breakfast and very flexible with timings. We climbed Mount Batur one day and she gave us breakfast when we returned at 10.30am which was very kind - always willing to go out of her way. + The villa setting was beautiful - the pool was very tranquil and the rooms were clean and spacious. They cleaned and gave bottles of water every day. New towels and bedding were also provided as we stayed for 5 nights. It was nice to sit outside on the terrace. Air conditioning was good and tea making facilities too.

- Everything was superb, but one tiny thing would be to have the hand soap by the sink

I really enjoyed my stay at the villa. It's a very beautiful and charming place. The rooms are quite spacious. I especially liked the extensive breakfast menu and the cleanliness. The host family is very caring and willing to help whenever possible. The Wi-Fi wasn’t always stable, but it worked better outside. Overall, it was good enough for attending meetings.

Quiet and wonderful authentic Balinese small villa. Delicious breakfast with many options, catered to my preference. Carried my heavy luggage in and out. So accommodating and friendly. Soft and gentle bell chimes and Hindu prayers sung before daybreak next door- only because i happened to be up and was lucky to hear it 😍

Walk a bit farther to find a restaurant with reviews. I got Bali belly after one meal at nearby restaurant/bar 😒

Great location and super quiet. You can walk to all the attraction of central Ubud. Stunning garden and pool just a metre from your door. Breakfast of your choice served on your porch..friendly staff always available. King bed, big room with large bathroom with bath. Strong internet and excellent air conditioning. Staff helped us organizar some fun trips to the many attractions in the countryside around Ubud.
