The staff was very attentive. They always asked about how our day was going and if we needed anything. They provided us with an iron and hairdryer inmediately when requested.

Uma Kutuh, these guys are selling tickets to Gili T of Semaya (THE WORST, FAST BOAT COMPANY) It took us 13 hours of travel from Padang Bai to Gili -T(not direct because the motor of our boat failed, so we were offered Padang Bai> Lemar> Lombok> Gili T ) PS: I know this is not related to the hotel but everyone should be aware that neither Uma Kutuh, Semaya or Inamai fast boat should be a service to take. It will ruin your trip.

The property was very close to bars and restaurants whilst being down a quiet little road so there was little to no noise at night. We stayed for 4 nights. We booked this hotel 30 mins before arriving after leaving the Sungu Resort and Spa without staying a single night there, as it was terrible. As soon as we got to the Swahita at very short notice we got a good feeling. Clean reception with unbelievably helpful staff. We were given a welcome drink whilst they completed a speedy check-in for us and showed us to our room. Because we booked so last minute there was only a family room left which offered 2 large double beds. If you’re a family, the room was very spacious and had a lot of storage space! If you’re a couple then we saw the rooms with 1 bed and they still looked great. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. It was as though they tried to get it cleaned and tidied as soon as they saw us leave for the day, so that there was no way we were coming back to an unmade room. Staff were absolutely brilliant. The pool was really nice, well Kept and quiet. Staff asked if we would’ve liked complimentary tea or coffee each time we relaxed at the pool. They were also okay with the fact we bought a few beers from the local shop to enjoy by the pool! There were only about 6 sun loungers but it was never an issue as the hotel is nice and quiet. We always seemed to get a sun loungers even if we started relaxing at 3pm or so, after a day of activities. All the staff were truly great and helpful, but a special mention goes to Agus! He was one of the highlights of our holiday, made us feel welcome and comfortable, and was one of the nicest people we met on our travels! Would recommend Swahita!

the people were incredibly friendly. they made us feel at home and nothing was too much for them. they arranged us with a very nice driver and when we left early for a tour they arranged a breakfast bowl. The breakfast is very tasty and you can have it in your room on the balcony with view of the jungle

it is located in a street without restaurants etc, but it is only a 10 min walk to the centre with many restaurants there

We stayed a this hotel 5 days and it was amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available to help us. They also helped me with my programme in ubud. The hotel is nice with a nice swimming pool. Our room had a balcony which is great. The AC worked well. And the bed was so comfortable. The localisation of the hotel is really strategic, a couple of minute to the center of ubud. We rented a scooter as soon as I arrived at the hotel and 5 minutes later I got a scooter in really good condition. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay and really made an effort to engage with you, they were also helpful in planning our stay in Ubud. They offer a good breakfast with the option of eating on your balcony which was really lovely. The property is located walking distance to ubud markets/ central area. The hotel is value for money.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and it is definitely value for money. However there are signs of wear and tear in particular the bathroom area but it didn’t impact our stay.

The pool was fantastic for the kids and adults, and we also really liked that we could get a family room. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the breakfast was really nice. Also the location menat that we could easily walk everywhere, but it as quiet and out of the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing!

Even though they have a great breakfast, they don't as yet have a restaurant or bar for room service or eating in meals other than breakfast. However the upside of this is that you are able to explore the area all of the amazing restaurants! The mini fridge in our room didn't work very well, but it didn't impact is much.

the staff were amazing, Agus, was a fantastic host. the location is a good 15 min walk from the main, bars, restaurants and market, which is means you are away from the traffic, so, pros and cons. The pictures reflect well, and we had the pool to our selves most days. good value for money and would happily stay here again.

possibly just the location, even though we knew exactly where it was, pavements in ubud off the Main Street are either non existent or a minefield, obviously nothing to do with the hotel, but you will have to navigate them to get to the Main Street

Staff were so friendly and helpful... Greeted us everytime we arrived back at hotel asking about our day, spent time telling us about local attractions, could arrange to hire scooters for us. Beautiful small hotel in quiet location, welcome drinks and coffee provided on arrival, lovely pool area. Room very spacious, serviced daily with fresh towels and water, tea and coffee. Balcony with seating at rear of room over looking jungle, able to have breakfast bought to room to enjoy on balcony. Walking distance to main Ubud area for restaurants and shopping.

Wifi wasn't consistent

The thing we liked the most about our stay was definitely how nice and helpful the staff was. They were always there to care for us and to make sure we have everything we needed. They also cleaned our room every day and brought fresh towels. The pool area was really beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The food was good too. The hotel is perfectly located at a short walking distance from the nice restaurants and Ubud palace. Would definitely go back!

The wifi connexion was not so good, and since there was no cellular network on silent day, that was a bit unfortunate.

Our stay was brilliant! The rooms were very big, clean, and comfortable. The pool and sunbathing area was fantastic. A varied selection of breakfast to choose from. The friendliest staff, always offering to help and make sure their guest are comfortable. We had to leave early one morning and the offered to make us a takeaway breakfast for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.
