Large room, friendly staff, clean with a nice swimming pool. Rooms are well spaced out so doesn't feel crowded. Decent breakfast and reasonable amount of hot water.

The hotel is really close to several mosques and has no soundproofing so we were woken up every morning at 4.30am by the call to prayer. Then on Saturday night there was also loud music until about 10.30pm and on Sunday morning (after the 4.30 waking) music started at 6am (locally, not in the hotel itself). Also the room had no storage and the restaurant only served pizza.

The swimming pool is even more beautiful than in the pictures, we also were really surprised by the beautiful garden. Very cosy to sit outside in the evening at the bar. We rented a scooter in the hotel, which was very convenient, but if you want to see the important tourist attractions like e.g. Kraton, Malioboro street,.. they are even on walking distance. Personnel was very friendly and always tried their best to help us, even if their English is not always 100%.

You don’t need to expect the most fancy room. Our room (and certainly the bathroom) was a bit outdated, but it was not really an issue for us. The door to the balcony closed not very good. It is a very simple room. I did miss a hair dryer.

The location was great - 20 min walk from the train station and a walkable distance to the city centre. There were many western food options in the restaurant in the hotel area and many places around to find local food. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and helped us arrange everything we desired and were available on WhatsApp all the time when we needed them.

There was very limited space near the pool and not enough sunbeds. Another issue we had was with insects - we had many ants in our room but on the other hand, the staff was very helpful with taking care of that.

The hotel is very pretty, the pool area is amazing. The room is pretty basic but it was all ok. Air-con working perfectly and we also had a small balcony, with unfortunately not a very nice view. The staff is really helpful, though they don’t speak very good English. They arranged our transport form the airport to the hotel with just 2h advance. Since we had breakfast, they prepared for us a take away when we had a sunset tour at 4AM!! The hotel has a water machine so no need to but plastic water bottles, you can use your reusable ones

The breakfast of you are vegetarian is pretty limited to basically toast and jam. More options for meat eaters, though mostly Indonesia type: rice and various toppings. Fruits available (which is obviously good). You can expect some ants as a visitors in your room and some lizards on the corridor (the corridor area is not fully interior). What I truly really didn’t like is that we arranged a shuttle to the airport with them a day in advance for 2 PM. At 12PM the day of departure they told us they didn’t have a car (they offered it to a family) and we needed to search for a new way of transport (not very difficult, Grab works perfectly)

The property was quite nice. The staff provided every day cleaning service, the pool was clean, the room was equipped with digital TV and AC. A small balcony belongs to the room with table and 2 chairs which were good for eating dinner at the hotel room. For breakfast you could choose from 3 Indonesian food beside the rice, but bread and jam were available everyday for those who doesn’t like the local taste. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee were also served.

The garden is very distinctive, especially in the night the light makes the garden so romantic and The location is very good, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle • Sna convenience stores are all within walking distance, it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Maliogoro. Very friendly staff and good breakfast!

The hardware configuration is slightly insufficient, but the owner is planning to upgrade, hoping to retain the existing features after the upgrade

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was amazing and had great facilities. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of local food, toast and tea/coffee. The WiFi worked well, and the room had a good shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, great hosts

I didn't realise the hotel was right next to a mosque. The call to prayer woke me up every day at 4:00 a.m., but that couldn't be helped and did manage to get back off to sleep

A quiet haven in the middle of a big city. Lovely garden, easy access to the centre of town and the sights, good food (pizzas were delicious), friendly and chatty staff. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was plenty. The hotel offers a selection of local guides to show you around, at affordable rates. Yulia was great fun. Swimming pool was clean and spacious, and needed in this heat. Contrary to other guests in former reviews, we experienced no issue with the Internet. Also, we were advised to leave the key at reception is we wanted our room cleaned. Breakfast served at 7am has local dishes and also toast, if preferred (bread baked on the property).. The local dishes being recommended.

The family room is so spacious and comfortable compare to the standard room i stayed a day before. It's the best choice for a family. Good food. Staff are friendly and helpful. With beautiful garden and pool. Very relaxing. My children enjoy swimming at the pool very much.

Breakfast start a bit late, at 7 a. m. Many guests waiting for breakfast since 6 a. m. There's a long queue when the breakfast started at 7. Not enough seats too.

well the Wi-Fi is basically not working (extremely slow). Pool has only 3 chairs for the guests to relax on, so each time you go to the pool, there is a high chance you will have no place to rest. We have stayed for 3 days and 2 of these days the pool was dirty and water cloudy. On our last day the water was very clear so not sure what happened before.
