I like that the location was very central and it's very easy to come back to the hotel. As there's a proper lobby area and a parking space, it is very convenient to drop off and also order in delivery. Also the staff are nice to recommend us the places to eat. There is also great massage place opposite the hotel so if you have spare time, you can go and have a massage before the check-in timing. The rooms are pleasant, just signs of bit of wear and tear in the bathroom but not a problem for us.

The water in the bathroom, the hose is leaking, may need to fix it. Not really a big issue but can be a problem in the future. There's no shampoo so only body soap is the same as shampoo.

Stay September 2022. Convenient place to stay & revisit Jogja after a mere 45 years from the last time. Unfortunately the Royal Palace was mainly closed which was a motivation for our visit. Staff good - friendly and helpful. Close to other areas & very easy to get a becak to take you somewhere. Breakfast buffet was good, as were other meals we had there. Organised one of the more "exciting" taxi rides to the airport we have ever had. Beat 1 hour flat and 200,000 rupiahs. "Very exciting", and we have had many trips throughout SE Asia to compare!

We stayed with 2 kids and having the large beds was perfect. We moved down to a pool side room after a few days and that was lovely. The doors opened right on to the pool deck and it was not disruptive as there were not that many people there, but it was nice for my kids to have more space. The location was very close (though across a busy street) to Taman Pintar, the bus line, Malioboro etc. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian foods, but they did change every day so we were always able to find plenty of food to eat.

It is an older hotel so like some other reviews mentioned, some things in the room are dated.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. I love their beds! So biiiig. And expertly clean, which is not sp obvious. Extremely polite and smiling Staff (make you feel like home) Changing towels - every Day. Good location, close to Malioboro and both sułtan palces. Close to Street food. Laundry service-great.

Like how staffs treat us very kindly restaurant dishes are indonesian homey . for me who haven't home for long time , it feels like i'm home when i took a breakfast

Maybe need more concern to clean up on every corner of the room , find a lot of dust at the corner of the room And i found some little cockroaches in the bathroom

when I came to hotel I feel worth it but after enter the room I felt uncomfort because room like old and side bed broken and the ac blower was noise at night after that I try to call reception and he directly offer to move the room and upgrade us to next level its amazing solution.

if the room any damage better not to be sell to avoid complain from guest

To access the hotel from the centre you have to cross a very busy street - not evident for first time visitors in Indonesia

The location was great, it was just a five-minute walk from Taman Pintar Malioboro. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was okay and the swimming pool was clean.

The room was lil bit old, the amenities were limited, and some TV channels were blurry. The thing that I didn't like the most was the noise. I could hear someone snoring and answering phone call from my next rooms 🤣

Location is very good, the rooms clean and spacious, staff very polite and professional, the hotel restaurant very good food and reasonable price, breakfast very good.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to all the sites (palace, Museum, Taman Sari, etc)

There aren't any restaurants close to the hotel.
