The Arabesque is in a perfect central location for exploring the old city of Akko. Very well kept and maintained, super clean and nicely updated with loads of style. The staff was so helpful and patient and went out of their way to make us comfortable and to help us find our way. The breakfast was very gourmet and healthy - all fresh - veggies, omelette, small plates of traditional dips and cheeses, baked eggplant, fresh bread and baklava plus endless cappuccinos in a gorgeous space. I didn't want to leave. Really an exceptional place to stay, perfect in every way! I was super impressed and I'm picky!

There isn't anything I didn't like about the hotel or the stay.

So beautiful and so special. The breakfast is a ten out of ten and one of the best I ever had in a hotel. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The roof terrace is incredible and the building is just beautiful. We had the small room, beds were very comfortable. There is a kettle and a variety of tea and coffee. The location is in the middle of everything, you get all the Acre vibes you want :)

The bathroom was quite cold and by the time we left it smelled from canalization. Not a lot of space to put toiletries. TV was not working, it was supposed to get fixed but didn't.

What we like the most was the very special room. We were upgraded to a larger room and a monumental one at that. Service was very personal and breakfast was good and we could request special items. The hotel is located in the center of Accra very close to the market and yet very quiet. We very much enjoyed sitting and reading in the courtyard that was adjacent to our room. We could make tea and coffee in the room and order drinks at the small bar of the hotel where we also found complementary fruit.

The bathroom was small, we had to go down a couple of steps and there was a not completely fresh smell in the bathroom, allthough the bathroom itself was squeaky clean.

What a beautiful hotel. There were two locations about 10 metres apart. Both were lovely. There were so many nice touches in the decorating and design. The room exceeded my high expectations. The staff was so helpful during our stay. They went beyond expectations. Thank you to all, especially Mohammed and Lana, who helped arrange the next part of our trip under difficult circumstances in October 2023.

Arabesque have a very evocative old town location with beautifully restored rooms. Their comms via email and Whats App are excellent. Breakfast is high quality and innovative. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff welcomed us warmly and provided helpful restaurant bookings too. We had a short walk to each restaurant, including one where they gave us 10% off due to influence from Arabesque.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the second of the options they provided us was feasible. Finding the hotel is not easy given the narrow winding streets, even when you use Google Maps. Akko Old Town is also very run-down in parts which is sad to see.

Amazingly thought out Hotel, with lots of art, finess and decor. Great team of employees to help and give advice, and always very knowledgeable and happy to lend a hand. Acre was kind to us. Lovely people all around, amazing views and calming atmosphere

This is a very special place. What I liked: 1. The location is right in the Old City of Akko. Your neighbors are the people living in Akko, an almost entirely Palestinian area. You can easily walk anywhere in the Old City. 2. The rooms vary (I had 2 different ones) but they are in a traditional building and some have beautiful stone ceilings. All the comforts as well: a/c, TV, nice bathroom/shower. 3. The hotel is dedicated to the arts and to bringing together Palestinians and Jews, so the staff also includes both. 4. Maybe most special of all is that the staff (and Evan, owner and creator) take time to talk with you. You feel a personal connection. Adel, who also helped at the hotel, took me to the studio of artist Ashash, and his works (I didn't notice at first) are all over the nearby streets too. When a member of the staff asks you if you want something to drink or eat, you are sharing with a friend; it's not something to be added to your hotel bill. 5. Hotel is full of books (some by the owner/creator of the hotel). 6. Breakfast is fantastic, more than I could eat. This is more than just a business. This is a creative project.

This is a gem of a place located in the old city of Akko. It's really cute, well maintained, and the staff are exceptional.

I was taxed even though I'm not an Israeli citizen. Since I lost my little blue ticket, I had no proof that I'm not Israeli. I don't speak Hebrew although I guess someone could say that even though they really do.

The breakfast was fantastic. The people were lovely. The Ottaman building was very attractive/ Good location to walk out with lots of places to eat. Akko ;ots of interesting things to see. we were helped with our cases both arriving and leaving.

We had a small very attractive room with a alarge bed and a good size bathroom but we paid for charm by having little space in the room - there were bigger rooms o size might no t be an issue. There were steep flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone who is disabled . We had difficulty finding the location

The location is just in the middle of the old city which is super easy to reach all the attractions. The hotel is beautiful and unique, very clean and the staff is super kind.

Wifi wasn't working throughout our stay but I guess it's a one time rare issue.
