Personnel was very friendly and helpful. As second pretty big room was balcony with chairs and table. Plenty of parking lots even in peak hours just outside place.

Shower interior was usual for Israel homes, instead of door to the shower was cloth so all floor was wet after usage. As place describes itself as "pet-friendly" - during evening and morning it is possible to hear barking. It's crucial to be prepared to. View from balcony was at construction site.

Clean room, a little cramped but apparently that’s normal for Israel. working AC and always clean bathrooms! the kitchen is in the center and has everything you need. Spacious fridge. Free water from a filter! bathrooms are shared male/female - I really liked that. Supermarkets not far. Spacious outdoors in front of the hostel to hang out and chat.

I would have loved for the staff to quickly show me around and give me a “quick intro” f.e. tell me that there’s free water available from a filter and show me where my room is (was a little harder-ish to find). But minor aspects!

There’s nothing to complain about in this hostel. The bathrooms are kept super clean at all time. The rooms are spacious, have lockers and each bed a socket to charge your electronics. The Wifi works very well. There’s a kitchen with all that is needed. The staff is one of the kindest staff I’ve met, not only they help you with anything you need, they literally anticipate your needs (I am referring to the young man at the front desk who goes out of his way to help!). The check in/out go smooth. The place has everything a guest would need. The location is also perfect (next to central bus station, center of Eilat for shops, ATMs … and the beach). There’s also a nice and spacious terrace with a TV, I didn’t have to spend money in a restaurant to watch a football game that I really wanted to watch. Thank you ! It’s a 10/10 for me.

Loved specifically how clean the place was and quiet which was very surprising for a Hostel. Its very clear they give maintance to the facilieties. The staff was delightful, the place is very central. Best value for money in my opinion and its a very utilitarian spot if you are in for a mission/adventure and you care less for a luxury experience.Im very likely to be back

The bed was a little stiff (the matress). Other than that, it's very hard for me to delineate any negative. Im a bathtub - luxury- retreat kind of person and this location is not that, but you know you are not about to get any of that from a hostel. So, its an excellent choice, cozy, clean and central. Seriously this place would only be made perfect if the change the matresses for cozier one (and i most say they provide enough support so they do translate in a good night sleep/ rest) and moved to a front beach location--- no real complaints here

We were staying here as a transition night from Petra, Jordan visit and return to Jerusalem. Location was very near central bus station and easy walk. Due to early departure we were not able to take advantage of common kitchen facilities on site or wonderful bakery not yet open as we passed on the walk to the bus station…smelled wonderful!

Room refrigerator light was rather bright through its glass door. Took a bath towel to cover and block the light.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend. Got a room with 1 single bed and 1 double. Beds were comfy and bedrooms have a fridge and free tea and coffee in the room which I really liked. Location is very close to bus station so getting to the hotel was easy and convenient. The staff also cleaned our private bathroom and gave us fresh stuff! It was like being at a hotel, but way more affordable! The garden is also very cute but we didn't have much time to sit in it, though we used the swing which was fun! Staff were friendly and helpful.

That some of the garden was 'packed away', the chairs were put up and it makes it less inviting but this might be more of a personal complaint and dependent on the day and season.

for being a hostel it was fine, it had a fridge in the room and was adequate for us, we knew it was a hostel that we booked. Many thanks for the great staff that had changed our booking with out a charge and been great throughout. Blessings and see you again hopefully

there wasn't anything really that was bad, simple and good

I liked that it was a true hostel experience. Very close to the main bus station which was really helpful when arriving by public transportation.

It could have been cleaner. The room was mildly musty.

Toilets and shower rooms were clean, and warm water was available. Tea, coffee, drinking water are available in the kitchen. Nice staff, and great vibe. Also, it was convenient near the supermarket and bus station.

Mind the handle of the faucet in the shower room. If want to wash your hands, make sure it face up.

we paid to upgrade our room as there were three of us traveling together so the size was good. Good kitchen facilities and had a fridge in the room so that was nice

can't really think of anything...
