the staff was great, super helpful with every request I came with the food is far beyond the expectations! so delicious, so tasty, great variety

we came for a biking vacation. the room was nice and big. the staff were all very helpful and courteous the long breakfast hour was the only reason we didnt miss out on breakfast. sadly our stay was short and we didnt get to enjoy the other facilities. the sweet treat and water bottles in our room were perfect.

i have no complaints about any part of our stay and accommodation

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English. Last day morning (Sunday) the staff had a breakfast together with clients! I never had this experience before although I traveled around the world! I missed slippers.

The staff was very accomodating and extremely helpful. Especialy Kiril from the reception, who was so helpful in any and every way from start to finish. Any request we had was responded to in a very proffesional manner within minutes. The hotel staff makes rounds at night to change towels and offer water and ask if you have anything you need. We willl definitely come back.

Very helpful personal, tasty breakfasts and dinners, wonderful SPA-center and massages, beautiful sea view from a balcony.

When we arrived the room was not ready for three guests but they they made everything quickly on demand.

First off, the pleasant manner and smiling staff asking after my comfort. The hotel is roomy, both the public areas and the guest rooms. The hotel is geared for families, however the room was quite amenable to working with a laptop, with shallow desk, electrical outlet, good wifi, and little background noise despite being in the heart of a shopping area,

the health club and pool open late in the morning, I am used to working out before the days work, usually around 6. this seems to be a problem with most hotels in Eilat. Most hotels in Europe enable use of these amenities at the users sole risk. An Executive lounge was missing, though understandable based on the targeted customer base. enabled my fulfilling work and pleasure goals in reasonable comfort

great room with plenty of space and clean. lovely balcony with view of lagoon great breakfast and Friday night dinner. reception staff friendly and helpful. realy good massage at the spa.

cleaner didnt wash cups in room. noisy lobby at weekend. pool too cold for swimming.

Everything was incredible and clean from the pool to the room to the food !!.. we would definitely stay again!!.. we booked a place previously and had to leave in the middle of the night to switch to the vert and we were so happy and thankful we did!!

Nothing it really was special all away around!!

Excellent breakfast and nice pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful (and added on to our experience even beyond what we paid for). Our room was serviced at least twice a day.

1. Loud music from the pool most of the day 2. The quality of the food at dinner (the quantity was great but not the taste and quality).

The breakfast was delicious and fully of tasty food , many choices to eat , it was amazing.

The pool was freezing and there is no choice to heat it
