The hotel is located in a strategically good location. The sea is 50 meters away. There is a sufficiently comfortable swimming pool with sunbeds on the territory. (free). By the way, sunbeds by the sea are also free. We were there from December 31 to January 3. Since we are from Lithuania, the sea temperature is about 21-22 degrees, it was even too warm :). Near the hotel there are many places for small shopping, from food to gifts, it is not worth wasting time looking for something cheaper on the outskirts of the city, everywhere in Israel is expensive :). I liked the hotel staff the most. I travel a lot, so I give the staff a lot of points. Helpfulness 10.The hotel itself is not new, it is not cheap, but in an expensive country it is a solution if you want to have comfort, the sea and the city center with silence. The breakfast food has a large selection and is delicious. The truth is the same, and it is not oriented towards European taste, it can get boring after a week. It didn't cause us any problems.

Little information from the hotel about departure and arrival from the airport. I think that the hotel itself is able to provide such a service for free. The price-quality ratio is not good - but this is a problem for all of Israel.The hotel could better organize tourist tours to Jordan or Egypt, Jerusalem, the Dead Sea. That would add quite a few points. Now this is done rather dismissively. Spa center. It would be better if the hotel didn't even show it to anyone...

Comfort bed, personel were nice and professional, breakfast is awesome, as well as different meal options inside the hotel itself. Location is pretty good if you mean to spend time in tourist area and attractions

Parking and traffic, single line road lead to all the hotels in a block and during check-out hours and evening hours it may take 30min just to find parking or to leave the block, with that at the end we always found parking, in radius of up to 500m from the hotel and most of the time traffic wasn't so heavy

The hotel was so beautiful and relaxing. I had a view of the pool and the sea from my room and it was like a dream. I booked a massage, which was fantastic and went for a run in the spa as well This was a well needed holiday from work, and I am really glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’ve actually never been to a hotel with such dedicated and kind staff. It was every single member of staff too! Especially Ali who worked the night shift at the desk. I called the desk in the middle of the night with some questions and he was so helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, respectful attentive and professional the personal of the hotel, always willing to collaborate and help, our three-year-old daughter really enjoyed the activities for children, we had a great time as a family and our experience was pleasant, excellent location and variety in the buffet, 🥰we will definitely return on our next vacation

The location is perfect, right on the main promenade with easy access to the beach, restaurants, malls, and also to the local bus stops, which is great when going to Coral reef or Dolphin reef for example. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool (heated to around 28-30 celcius) which is open until 4:45pm in the winter, and if you pay extra, you can use the jacuzzi and sauna in the spa (open until 7pm). Only the main (heated) pool is open in the winter though, the other one was closed. There is also a nice private beach you can use, right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was a amazing, a wide selection of food the choose from. There is a business lounge for which you can pay, if you get a good offer you can have a light lunch there, just be sure to go on time because late in the afternoon they serve only dessert. The staff was really nice, they will go out on a limb to help you. I definetely recommend staying in the Leonardo Plaza hotel!

The staff went above and beyond for us and set up our room with complimentary wine to celebrate our engagement. They put out love hearts on the bed and balloons. They really tried to make it special for us and we really appreciated it. The breakfast was incredible and the location was perfect. Close and walking distance to everything in the main area.

Nothing, everything was amazing

It’s been a long time since my previous stay at this hotel, and it was marvelous surprise to come back again to discover the serviceability of the entire staff. The major impact of the friendly service was from start to the end of the stay. I have to mention the customer relations, Bat Sheva that called me ahead of the stay and made above & beyond to ensure that the stay will be pleasant and smooth + the front desk team, Ali and Daniel were friendly - bottom line, a smile , great service and care make a big difference of the entire experience..

The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable but the service is more than excellent, they care that you really have a satisfactory experience, they go beyond the service commitment, I had a wonderful experience, by the way the breakfast bar is spectacular and complete, it has something for all tastes, I am very grateful for my experience and I would definitely return and recommend the hotel

the space for the spa is a bit small

The service and hospitality is phenomenal! Breakfast is delicious, views are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better! The hotel is located in the center of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it’s less than a minute walk to the beach.

Some places are in need of renovation

The view was so amazing because they upgraded us to penthouse 🥰the breakfast is healthy and tasty ,lots of variety ,the staff was friendly and the location is perfect 👌🫶

Maybe just the delay of service of bringing toiletries and some stuff .
