Personal, quick and kindest attention, including with our special needs, justifies the five stars on its own. Right by the water, most of the hotel facilities have amazing sea views - great for us sea lovers. Fitness room was well-equipped, with natural light, great after jogging by the beach promenade. Lobby facing the water was fun to sit in for a drink in the hot hours. Breakfast room is unique - food and location. Felt like we were in a sea resort at times, right in the middle of bustling Tel Aviv.

Like in most Tel Aviv, the Israeli city never sleeps - parking could sometimes require patience.

Loved the surroundings,on the sea. Wonderful to wake up to and finish the day with the sunset. Breakfast and view was wonderful. Was alone but felt just fine.

Ideally a larger pool area, access to food for longer. Nicer entrance, patio bit upgraded. One or two of the staff could have had a bit better interaction with visitors. Overall though I was very comfortable and well treated. The furniture in room could be improved. Plus bed and linen.

The view from our room as well as the whole rooftop area with pool, jacuzzi and bar are absolutely stunning. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very clean, cozy and big enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Don’t skip breakfast by the beach. The variety is amazing. PS: thank you to the hotel for the little birthday surprise!

Parking is a bit pricey. I would recommend the parking service from the hotel (200 NIS per day) which is still cheaper than public parking (320 NIS per day).

Room was very nice, and cozy, and the view was very good. The hotel and room has an amazing fragrance everywhere that gives a special feeling. Breakfast on Saturday was very good even though no omlettes (since Shabbat), high quality products. We were staying with a celiac and there were a lot of gluten free choices. Massage was very good. Stuff was amazing - our check out time was prolonged by a few hours free of charge, as was our request to empty the minibar to keep our personal belongings. Stuff were very nice.

The hotel is location bang on the seafront - we were upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony. The staff were extremely friendly especially Rachel Armoza (Chief concierge). She organised the tours for us to Jerusalem & Bethlehem and also a last minute day tour to Petra in Jordan... The Wifi in the room was very good as well as the breakfast. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the Marina where there are many nice restaurants and also a taxi ride away from Jaffa

As we happened to arrive on Friday evening it was Shabbat, so be prepared for this as it lasts until sunset on Saturday. Also many taxis do not accept credit card/Revolut unless you book a "GETT" taxi by downloading the "GETT" app

The location is the best in Tel Aviv. You are right on the beach with amazing views and located right by Gordon beach and easy walk to the Port.

The entry and lobby is a little unimpressive, and the lifts are slow. These are the only 2 things I could think of which really says it’s a great hotel.

ALL the Staff went out of their way to ensure I had EVERYTHING that I needed. I wasn't there for a Vacation, I was there to reccoperate from a Major Surgery. The Staff ensured I had everything that I needed, and made every Tel Aviv facility that I needed (prescriptions filled, ect) just a phone call away. P.S. The food was Outstanding, ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way!!

While I needed Handicapped Excessable (WHICH IT WAS) the Bathroom was a tight squeeze and the pools Ladder made (due to my disability) it unavailable.

I liked the location of the hotel, that it is close to the beach. The hotel has a rooftop pool (not heated), a hot tub that is heated and was usable even during our stay in January. Really liked the breakfast place with beautiful views and delicious food. Small gifts from the hotel, which were delivered directly to the room with wishes, were pleasant.

I would like the hotel to be more updated, more modern. It is a bit old fashioned in interior style. At times it felt strange, like a damp smell in the room, which was not very pleasant, bearing in mind that the hotel is 5 stars. The SPA area with saunas requires renovation.

The hotel is small enough to make you feel like family but large enough to offer any luxury amenity you may desire. From Gila and the front desk staff to Shachar and the breakfast room staff to concierges Ruben and Rachel to the security and bell staff, everyone made the guest feel special. And the Flame restaurant was awesome.

The food was so good, the staff were very friendly and polite with us. The room was very clean and quiet

The guests who were in the pool were drunken and they did drugs in front of us! That was so disagreeable and so sad because we thought that you received good people in the hotel, it was a bad experience for us, and also the elevators were so slower
